When I was 8 or 9 (about 1995) I was woken up by my mom on my birthday and handed the phone, where I listened to Bret Hart wish me a happy birthday
All I remember is him saying, "Well, I'm not much of a singer, but here it goes" then singing happy birthday
I almost had an asthma attack
Does anyone else remember that stuff? I think it cost my mom 15.99.... worth every penny

I was 8 and thought it was him.. i was completely speechless so it didn't mater, but it must have been prerecorded, i can't imagine he really called

I never had the pleasure of receiving such a call, but I remember watching a WWF event that was telecast on Saturday mornings, and as a match was taking place, Jerry Lawler (who was doing commentary) called a number to request that service, and the Undertaker sang happy birthday to Helen Hart.
