WHAT A BURIAL OMGZZZZZZ Remember Styles was at the very top one time (TNA wasn't as popular then though). Now he is nowhere even near that, but could be pushed back to that level very easily. Make him turn on the heels after he develops his new personality a little (unless the fans hate him of course).

Heh. I had no idea about this thread before I messed with the filters for a christmas-y theme. Lol. Did you change any of the other filters?

This just in: THEN STOP WATCHING!!!
I find it funny people complain until they're blue in the face about TNA, "burying this, ex-wwe that..." THEN STOP WATCHING!! If you don't watch, you don't complain, and then there's one less thread on this forum.

I love the AJ character. He reminds me of a mix of AJ Styles (the wrestler) and Bobby Heenan (the comedian). He blends both so well, especially the tempertantrum in the suit.

This is obviously going to be a tradition until they break him out of his lackey role. So yes, you'll probably see him in wings and a diaper in February.
The world won't end. All life as we know won't stop instantaneously and every molecule in our bodies won't explode at the speed of light. Well, maybe in Lance Storm's, but everyone else will be solid.

I'm not pissed, just saying. The funny sarcasm responses are the ones that might make me boil a bit. If they want to put AJ in a turkey/reindeer suit whatever, it should be beneficial in some way. If people don't take it seriosly (and i dont friggin mean kayfabe seriously) they atleast want it to be over right? It's not, AJ styles as a reindeer man is not over so what's the point? You put a reindeer suit on someone like Shark boy let Abyss squash him yeah that might be funny, that's good but why the hell you wanna put your former champion into these charades. You do realize that this was for the thanksgiving/christmas shows right? I mean come on, it's not like they did this at Bound For Glory. It was done for two light-hearted shows during the holiday season.

Maybe he'll be dressed as the New Year's Baby next week.
Anyway, hopefully someone (kayfabe) reminds him that he shouldn't be tagging along with Kurt Angle and Christian Cage, that he was a three-time world champion before either of them came to TNA, and that he should be the one giving orders.
Whether or not that would backfire on him remains to be seen, but hopefully it would give his career the jumpstart that it needs.

Ugh, i wish people would stop making assumptions like "He must be watching every week and cursing it all the time" sorry but that doesn't make sense since i choose to watch only iMpact(no WWE) and even then i boycott is sometimes. I wanna make it clear that i think TNA is about as inconstant as it gets, sometimes it's really good and sometimes it's really bad. Is it the word "buried" that got into people's skin?? If that's the only thing you got out of this thread then shame on you, this is a wrestling discussion board and we are "fans" so we have every right to express our views on what occurred, if not then what the hell are we doing here? I enjoy the product when i can and i'm the first one to tell you to stop analyzing wrestling so much if its entertaining it's good but when i see something like this occur that doesn't make any sense whatsoever it's irritating. Bad Comedy, childlish skits and the "gimmick world" that wrestling tries to shove into our face's is sad and if our fans can only say "Well it's wrestling" or "Dont take it seriously" then i guess aren't the fans you claim to be.
Wrestling in 21st century has granted us something we never had before, knowledge....let's use it shall we.
