Is there anything that you wish you could buy, and you could afford to, but it's just pretty impractical?
I've considered buying a pinball table (specifically, a 1992 Data East Star Wars table) for my apartment, but it would just be too big, and a bit of a silly purchase, considering that my flat is a rental, and that would just be another huge, almost immovable piece of furniture, to go with my ancient TV, sofa, futon and books.
Even considered trying to get my workplace to purchase one, as part of their "culture change" spending, but thought it would be just a silly request, as we are a publishing environment, and I don't think editors would take kindly to the fantastic sound effects and voice clips.
Guess it'll never happen... shame, I once won 27 replays in one game on that table...

A Ford Capri to do up.

I can get behind that... I'd love a Capri, and I live on the 2nd floor and have no parking space, and more importantly, I can't drive.

Mary Tyler Moore. She is getting up there in years and upkeep is just so hard. Plus the cage would have to be really big.

Groceries. I need a job. >_> What?!? Spike doesn't pay you for all the snooping work you do? Why that cheap so-and-so! Revoke his Mod-hood, I say! Back on topic, this.... was on sale on Ebay Canada for a measly $10,000 Canadian, just last year. Complete with HD Flat screen fitted, and Peter Cullen's voice to welcome you when you get into the driver's seat. Plus a free Optimus Prime voice convertor mask. Figured it won't fit into my driveway and I'd look silly going to work in it. But I'd be a God amongst Truck enthusiasts and TF fans alike.

Pssst... don't tell him, but for tax reasons I DO pay Spypig Enterprises... solely owned and operated as a subsidiary of Shell Corporation #4, a division of Jardu Cenesh Ltd., the Opression and Coercion arm of Spikecom.

Man, you should charge Spypiging according to the national inflation rate. And as for the Peterbilt, that's so true. Pssst... don't tell him, but for tax reasons I DO pay Spypig Enterprises... solely owned and operated as a subsidiary of Shell Corporation #4, a division of Jardu Cenesh Ltd., the Opression and Coercion arm of Spikecom. I am converted. Spike is a man among men women!

I figure it's a good investment. I will have the Ultimate Power in the Universe. One Man Stuntfighters? Bah, why would I evacuate in my moment of triumph?

Why don't you settle for Stig's fat American cousin instead? Stig is my Norwegian Penpal. I miss him. No mate, read this: "Some say that his voice can only be heard by cats, and that he is banned from the city of Chichester. All we know is... he's called The Stig." "Some say he never blinks, and that he roams around the woods at night foraging for wolves... all we know is, he's called the Stig." "Some say he's wanted by the CIA, and that he sleeps upside down like a bat... all we know is, he's called the Stig." "Some say that he appears on high value stamps in Sweden, and that he can catch fish with his tongue... we know him only, as the Stig." "Some say that his breath smells of magnesium, and that he's scared of bells... all we know is, he's called the Stig." "Some say he naturally faces magnetic north and that all of his legs are hydraulic... all we know is, he's called the Stig"
