Did they tell him they wouldnt donate the pizza before he died or did they con him out of a last meal?

^^I think he was put to death without knowing if his request was acted on by the officials. That's a good question that I have trouble finding a definite answer to.

Did they tell him they wouldnt donate the pizza before he died or did they con him out of a last meal? The pizzas were delivered two days after he was, in turn, murdered. Not executed, murdered. He accidentally shot a cop that was beating him in the head with a flashlight, and, in fact, he was using a .45 and the cop was shot with a .38. The guy wanted to give his last meal to ONE homeless person, and they denied his last request? A f***ing $10 pizza? Complete bullshit, everything about it.
