i know i come to you guys with whatever technical problem i have, but this time its a friend of mines problem.
this is what he said on another forum:
"I have been having trouble lately with Itunes. I just got a new Ipod for Christmas and I had to download the new Itunes in order to get the songs on it but after I installed it it wouldn't let me get past the next on the setup screen it always freezes. I've tried installing and uninstalling many times now and I was wondering if anyone knows what's wrong."
so anybody have any idea of what could be wrong here.
oh, the ipod he mentioned is the new video nanos if that helps at all.

Has he tried installing the version of iTunes he had before again? Maybe that could fix the problem.
