A 9 to 5 middle class working man. Bobby Heenan coined it. Didn't Heenan also call the Jobbers (Back when they had legit Jobbers) Ham and Eggers sometimes? My guess is that Ham is/was less expensive than bacon, so you'd eat Ham and eggs for breakfast if you were working class, as opposed to Bacon and eggs. Just a guess...all I know is that when Heenan sid it, it was funny.

It means that you make just enough to buy a ham and egg breakfast at Denny's. Which isn't much. Yeah. Heenan explains it in his book. A ham and egger is the simplest thing on the menu. Basically it means someone is "simple".
