I'll admit, I was inspired to make this thread/poll after reading that Sly was backing Sen. John McCain on his presidential run (like Chuck Norris is backing Mike Huckabee).
That being said, I don't wanna make this a political fight. These two silver screen warriors have enough of an action packed resume that no politics need to be involved.
So...street fight...Stallone..Norris.
Who comes out on top??

Chuck.
Comedy wise he's the man behind the myth. The living legend. The icon. The man all facts are based on.
Real life wise he's actually a legitimate martial artist.

Stallone for me. Overall better roles, better movies, better actor and more friendly person, though I like both of them. *actually reads the first post.* Oh ! In a street fight... well, still Stalone, I guess. Chuck Norris is probably better in head-to-head fights and martial arts, but Stallone will go Rambo style and finf a piece of wood and make it deadlier than a bazooka. After all, it' s STREET FIGHT. No holds barred !

Um...Yeah Chuck. A guy with training and tournaments under his belt vs. a guy who already sounds like he has had one too many head injuries. I suppose Stallone may not realize he is getting his ass handed to him and may just win by attrition.

Well, the real question is who Arnold will endorse. And that is dependent on if Bloomberg runs, which if it's Rudy or McCain, the answer is no. So let's say Arnold endorses Rudy. My gosh, doing a brief skit with these guys at the RNC Convention is ...
(Several Hours Latter)
Okay, the Arnold/ Rocky buddy film, where they join with Chuck, Flair, Hogan and Mr. T, and they team up to save President Fred Thompson from Ninjas in a screen adaptation of "Bad Dudes." License to print money.

I'm voting for Stallone mainly because he didn't spend most of his career in a crap TV series that ended up as a Conan O'Brien punchline.
And yes, I know Cobra and Judge Dredd sucked. But at least they didn't come out every single week.

So Chuck staying in shape by filming a show every week and staying fit for it gives him a disadvantage in a fight?

I have to go with Chuck Norris. I think the only time he's been beat in a movie was when he faced Bruce Lee. In Death Race 2000, Stallone got whupped by David Carradine. So it's Norris by default. Besides, when Stallone has sparred with boxers, he got his ass whupped. He doesn't like being hit.

That's like asking me: "What do you want ripped out? Your left kidney or your right kidney?"
I can't answer.

I'll say Norris. But not before Perry Saturn kicks Norris's fruity booty. "This message was paid for by the "Perry Saturn > You" Comitee"

Gotta go with the man who helped Undertaker win the casket match back in '94.

Stallone. He'll probably have a really boss knife or a bow that shoots exploding arrows.
