My girlfriend has an absolute god honest fear of the Chucky doll from the Childs Play movies. All the other movie scary characters have absolutely no effect on her but for some reason the creepy ginger haired one absolutely scares her half to death. I say this as the other day at a comic book store they had a chucky doll on sale, which left me wondering. Do I buy one? it could be a recipe for lonliness but it could also lead to some really, really funny times.

If you do that, your girl will ditch you, and you'll be single... and I don't think you want that. Note: This is coming from someone who is scared of the Chucky doll and character. Big time.

Do it. The stories you return with will amuse me regardless of the outcome.

Being without a Chucky Doll but getting to have sex and everything else that goes with the girlfriend has got to trump being a grown man with a Chucky doll and possibly no more girlfriend. I vote nay.

I think the cabbage patch dolls where the inspiration for Chucky, the guy who created him got somewhat bored of their relentless advertising campaign and created chucky as a parody.

When I was a kid Chucky scared the hell out of me much more than Freddie or Jason did. I've seen replica Chucky dolls a couple times and was tempted to by one but never did.

It scared the f*** out of me when I was younger. I can't buy the doll even now. It doesn't scare me per say, but It'll give me nightmares in time.
