So I was watching my old SS videos, and out of sheer curiosity, I watched this abomination of a match. I noticed that Sid (who was the Special Ref) did a fast count at the end of the match. Does anyone know the reason for this? I wonder if it had anything to do with the Warrior's bs demands or the fact that the PPV might've been running behind.

Probably because he just did it that way. I don't think there was a good reason for it. Sid was a face at the time and the faces won. It's just the way he made the count.
It's not like in 88 or 89, when Ventura made a slow 3 count, that had a reason behind it.

Here is a better question...
Why was it called the Match made in Hell?

Here is a better question... Why was it called the Match made in Hell? It was their clever tagline since they referred to the Macho Man/Elizabeth wedding as the Match Made in Heaven.

Here is a better question... Why was it called the Match made in Hell? To go along with the Match Made in Heaven. (Savage/Liz)

Here is a better question... Why was it called the Match made in Hell? Hogan and Warrior vs. Slaughter, Mustafa and Adnan. No explanation needed
