Yeah I know they're Browns fans, and their music makes up for their horrible taste in football teams. Now the Clarks yeah they're awesome, but growing up in Pittsburgh I got to used to seeing them live that I really don't appreciate how great the Clarks are. I've seen them live probably over 15 times. Usually for free as well.

IMO they are up there with bands like Oasis in terms of song quality.

I remember once in 1999-2000 I heard a song of theirs on the radio in Florida, and I thought that would be the start of the Clarks hitting it big, but sadly it never came. It doesn't bother me, as they are for the most part uniquely Pittsburgh.

I hear you bands like the Clarks kind of make me wonder how many quality bands are there that I'm missing out on, simply because they don't get the exposure they should. Meanwhile I'm hearing Soldja Boy every 5 minutes on the radio.

I don't think I ever want to do it again.

Does anyone really like that guy, because I have yet to meet anyone who does.
So that leads to the second question, how the bleep does he keep selling all these records and getting all this radio play?

Must be that's the most logical explanation I've heard so far.

I remember listening to blues traveler, hootie and the blowfish, and seal on my way to see my dad in prison, that damn casey kassim and his top 100.
Though casey's show and format blows seacreasts out of the water. I think the voice and music might have a thing to do with that as well.

Been into them since their A&M debut back in 1990. My favorite album by them is most definately "Bridge." The loss of Bobby Sheehan was devastating, but the addition of Ben Wilson on keyboards was the missing piece of the puzzle for me. Unfortunately, I've kinda lost touch with their music since "Truth Be Told." I don't know why, other than that my taste in music changed a bit in that time period.

Run Around was the song that was playing when I got my first lap dance. I have appreciated Blues Traveller ever since.

I'm going to mention this only because I saw Soulja Boy being mentioned earlier. The new Soulja Boy song sounds like the chorus is being sung by Timmy from South Park.
Stupid crap.
