There seems to be several situations going on right now, and they all have me a bit more than pissed. I don't know why it seems like so many regular posters seem to synchronize their menstrual cycles every few months here.
1. Being here for half a year, or a year, or since this board started, or even on the ezboard version doesn't make anyone here "better" than a person who just signed up yesterday. Every poster is to be treated with respect. If someone is flagrantly breaking our rules, then alert us. If you have an actual, intelligent argument to make for your case against their's, that's fine. But stop with treating "newbies" like they're below you.
2. On that note, you have a problem with another poster that is based on what's going on here on the boards, you come to us, the moderating team. That's what we're here for. You have a problem with a poster that has nothing to do with the rules, leave it the hell off our boards.
3. Every once in a while, we get a new poster who isn't shy about talking about themselves. Guess what, folks? That ain't against the rules. You think someone's an attention whore, then stop clicking on their threads. The moderators and the moderators alone decide when someone goes into the realm of spamming.
4. On that note: Calling someone an attention whore? That's flaming. Please remember that.
