So, by the time you're my age (33), are you going to be having your mid-life crisis?
BTW: That's what I love about high school girls. I get older, they stay the same age.
Yes they do.

I'm 27, and I don't really feel out of place with younger kids. But that's just cause I've always either hung around/related to people either younger or older than me...never fit in with people my own age.

So I'm 24 too and sometimes when I talk to people I kind of get that way where I'm like, "Pleh, these kids are so stupid." But usually they end up being my age or older so whatever.
Sometimes I do kind of think like "Man, I'm 24 - I should really grow da fudge up."
But then I think about everyone I know who is "grown da fudge up" and realize that they don't have any fun with life anymore.
They get up, go to work, come home, do the wife and kid thing and repeat. Which is fine for them, but not what I want.
I think we, as adults don't play enough anymore. And I don't just mean Xbox and what not, but I mean just goof around and not take things fer cereals so much. I try to not take anything seriously. Van wilder said it best - You can't take life seriously, or you'll never get out alive.
Anyway - I'm not worried about getting old because I'm way too frickin immature to ever let that happen. I plan on still watching wrestling and adultswim-type shows when I'm 50 and saying stuff like, "Damn that Robbie Ellis can sure bust out a Burning Hammer like no other!"

I'm sitting here on my bed watching one of my faivorite movies of all time (The Warriors) and I got to think to myself "wow... i'm 24 years old...". Reason I make mention to this is because im seeing the fandom getting younger and younger and I'm just getting older and older that I start to feel like the creepy old man just hanging around with kids. It just doesn't help that I had an experience with a 30 year old guy wanting to hang around with us 17 year old kids when I first started college... so the stigmata of being that guy looms more and more.... I dunno, does anyone else feel this way? where you just seem out-of-place with the world? Enjoy being 24. In two days, I turn 36. The time we have is enjoyed best spent experiencing all that we can, living every second of the day to its zenith, and readying to welcome in another day to start enjoying that time all over again. I haven't done enough of that in my life, but I plan to change that. 24 was a great year for me, but 36 is gonna kick ass.

I'm 24 and I feel old a decent bit of the time. I got this weird back/neck thing where it stiffens up from time to time, so I gotta stop in the middle of the street or in a store and crack it (which beats paying $20 to a chairopractor once a week). I also don't have the energy I used to have. I'm mentally stronger, though... I can walk for miles and miles without getting tired as long as it's not too hot out (like mid 80's or higher to the point I'm sweating), but yeah... I've lost my childhood energy. Then again, I was a Red 40 kid, so...

I'm a 23 year old who occasionally feels like a 16 year old at heart.
I've stopped questioning it at this point. That's just how some people are.

Physical age means NOTHING. Seriously, don't even look at that number, it's bupkiss. I'm 28, and I spend most of my time hanging out with people 18-25ish. That's just who I relate to, that's how I still feel.

I guess to clarify on a few things: It's not like I feel old, hell, I feel now I have more energy then I ever had ever in my life, it just feels like most, if not all the time I feel like the Elephaint in the room. I also vowed not to fall into temptaions in life like extensive drinking brindges or drugs... so nowI feel out of place with my own age group. It's a weird situation... im sorry for bugging you all with this..

Even though I hang with people my own age, I feel old and young at the same time. Old because time keeps slipping away(plus I'm going bald) and young because their so many things in life I haven't accomplished yet(like moving out of my parents place). I'm 21 BTW. I'm thankful I'm not the youngest one on the message board, so I guess it makes me feel less guilty about my age.

I'm 29.
With the spectre of 30 hovering over my shoulder, I've come to realize something. I don't give a f*** what age I am, I'm still me. If younger people relate to me, fine. If older people relate to me, fine. If I still like wrestling, comics, video games, RP games, and everything else when I'm 80, then that is awesome.
I used to labor the point, but what's the use? Birthdays are going to keep coming at the same steady rate no matter what.
