Just curious as I did the whole pre-order bit since the new fighting system intrigues the hell out of me.

Oh yes. I been craving a good MMO since i quit LOTRO back in October. I did try resubbing to WoW 2 months ago but couldn't get back into it. I need something new, and Conan looks so good atm. Or at least will do until WarHammer online comes out.

I'm still a dedicated WoWer, but the idea of a combat system that isn't auto-attack heavy, and where you can specify attacks to certain parts of the body just sounds fun as hell. Plus, since I did pre-order, I got a nice bonus in-game deal with it.

I was until I found it out it was a 30 gig install. yikes, that may scare me off as well. i'd probably have to uninstall most of the other games i have to just to be able to install it, although otherwise my comp could handle it. on a personal note, i think this could be a real problem for the game. painting themselves into a corner of sorts, where you have to have a large amount of excess memory to play it, will adversley effect its success. i know WoW is 4 years old, but its 6gig. lord of the rings is probably the most successful fairly recent release, and it was 7 gig. just take a super hyped game like Vanguard, that not only was buggy on release but a 22 gig install. i dont think most people are willing to rework or their current hardrive, or buy a new one altogether, just for a game. it will most likely fall into the 'niche' category, not what funcom was expecting, im sure. this, of course, is all just my speculative opinion. a shame, i was looking forward to it.

I was never really interested in it in the first place, but then my friend wouldn't shut the hell up about it... so now I am purposely avoiding it.
