Depends on the drink. Dr. Pepper tastes better in a bottle. Coca Cola tastes better in a can. my brother got mad when i got him dr pepper in a bottle.

Soda from a glass or a glass bottle tastes better naturally, because the flavor doesn't take on properties of the metal or plastic. This man is right, in a nerdy, chemical way.

At home I usually get cans, mainly because usually I drink until the container is empty... and 1 can is a lot less then 2 liters.... <_< >_>
I don't really notice a taste difference... and if I'm at a store I'll usually grab a 20 oz. bottle.

If you ever come across it. Get a Mexican Coke glass bottle. Coke in a glass bottle is good already. But Mexican coke is like 10 times sweeter because they still use Cane sugar in it.

Both are fine to me, but I drink more out of a can.

I haven't had a glass bottle of soda since I was a kid. I prefer cans over plastic bottles, especially cola. Cola is nasty in a plastic bottle.
With beer, I prefer glass bottles to cans.

Niether.....fountain for me. Hey, me too! It always tastes so flat in a bottle or can to me. But that could be because I very seldom drink the stuff.

Glass bottle first, then plastic bottle, then can, with fountain dead last because places screw up the syrup to carbonated water ratio way too often.

Sodas or other such beverages from glass bottle are the best.
Other beverages SUCK in a can but I prefer a metallic can over a plastic bottle for sodas specifically.

Bottles are the best -- unless it's from the fountain at a McDonald's. No ice, please. The one near me actually has the mixture down, and I like it more than any other watered down establishment. Well, when I used to drink soda. Speaking of things that suck, how was your night out with your buddy last night, Cornfed?

Plastic bottle for whatever reason, goes flat and warm the quickest, not to mention 20 oz is a lot of soda to drink, so I stick to cans. Sure the aluminum helps contribute to Alzheimer's disease, but it tastes GREAT. Actually I've cut back on my soda intake down to about 1/4 of what I drank about 2 months ago and have lost 10 lbs.
Also I agree with the glass bottles, absolutely love those things...especially the old green Mountain Dew bottles, used to crack those open during the summer as a kid...f***ing good times. Oh and you could get 10 cents instead of 5 cents for the empty bottle. I always loved that.
I wonder why Pepsi and Coke stopped doing that? It seems to be not only something that a lot of people enjoyed, but was economically friendly...unlike now...they can't technically recycle the plastic bottles.
