White, in every incarnation.
And albeit technically not bread, focaccia and focaccia di Recco.

Whole wheat. I used to eat only white bread, but after trying whole wheat, I can't switch back.

I like white wheat. Best of both worlds (white and whole wheat).

Whole wheat. I used to eat only white bread, but after trying whole wheat, I can't switch back. Definitely. It's not even close. The only kinds of white bread I still love are bagels and Italian bread, and I've weaned myself off plain bagels.

You guys are way off. It's Potato Bread. Specifically, Dutch Country Potato Bread. Possibly the greatest food invention ever. Cheeseburger, lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, all on DC potato bread, can't be beat. Sourdough and garlic bread are very good, and Italian bread is very versatile. Texas bread is perfect for French Toast. But potato bread beats all.
