Hi, John... Another question for you and if you don't want to answer I understand.
Basically, I was wondering what the inside feeling was on Hulk Hogan's actual wrestling ability. I remember hearing Lou Thesz claim Hogan deserved a 9 or 10 for his wrestling promotion but a 0 or a 1 for his actual in ring talent. Would you agree that there was some reason he never really worked well (Or supposedly worked poorly)? As someone who worked with Hogan, what was your personal opinon on his wrestling ability?

Well.........he is/was a great showman, but never a great wrestler. I mean his big moves were a big foot followed by a leg drop. When I came to WWF from Japan, I used to do a lot of wrestling moves you wouldn't usually see a big guy do, but when I got to Hulk he wanted to "slow dance". Yes, it was easy money, but I felt held down. There are two sides to every coin, though. You can always ask, "When did you ever see Hogan give or take an arm drag? When did you ever see Hogan drop-kick?" But that can be easily answered with, "When did he ever need to?" No, he wasn't the greatest wrestler, but standing in that ring, with him coming down that aisle.....I've NEVER heard anything like it. As he walked down, the crowd was always so loud, that I'd have to yell in the ref's ear to say anything. 'Quake

Wow, that must have been an amazing feeling. Just to be in the ring and hear the fans react. Have you ever been jealous of the reaction Hogan got?

No I was never jealous, I always took some credit for the applause, as the people really wanted to see me get my butt handed to me. He would get the people super excited when he came through the curtains, but would it have been that loud if they didn't expect/want me to get the crap kicked out of me? 'Quake

quake did you ever see that hulk-zigri?
hulk doing that enziguri or whuteva that thing is called?
I think a enzuigiri takes more talent then a dropkick, doesn´t it?

I don't think it does. One person holds your leg and you just jump and kick him against the head.
With a dropkick you have to jump and kick the person with both of your feet. And you have to do it, without falling on your ass.
Sylvain Grenier showed how difficult it was on the 7 minute botches video. Which made me laugh me ass off.
