I have a fascination with Wikipedia. It doesn't matter what kind of mood I am in, I can always find something interesting on the site.

Number stations. Look up the phenomena. It's amazing. EDIT: Phenomena? Phenomenon? Number stations are plural, but I suppose it counts as a singular event. Phenomenon, then. Just looked this up. Amazing. You should start a thread on this!

A lot of the same things mentioned (killers, station idents, wrestling), but also government conspiracy and the existence of extraterrestrial life. This as well. I'm absolutely fascinated by aliens and conspiracy and stuff. And religion.

Serial killers Yeah, I like to read up on them as well, as do 2 friends of mine. My senior year in high school for English class I did a well researched report on Serial Killers throughout history, throwing in Vlad Tepes and Elizabeth Bathory ... to this day my teacher remembers that report because it scared the crap out of her.

Pretty much what I was going to say. I really have a hard time imagining anything more bizarre than professional wrestling at times. Oh yeah? I just posted about my interest in serial killers. I also have an interest in Cryptozoology. You know, monsters. Lycanthropes, the Jersey Devil, Bigfoot, that kind of stuff.

Nice list, Godz. I got to talk to a Vampire one night, and it was an interesting conversation. Okay, she was a chick pretending to be a vampire (I think. Hopefully she wasn't undead), but it was still one of the best conversations I've ever had.

The different ways the world could end, well humans being wiped out anyway, unfortunately 2012 seems to the the most likely time for this (well the most likely since 2000 turned out just peachy). www.msghelp.net/showthread.php?tid=74463Pretty much anything to to with the human mind. I'm particularly fascinated by obscure conditions, my favourite is Cotard delusion which is the belief that you are already dead. Anyway no matter how weird any of our fascinations are I doubt it will beat pylon spotting. www.gorge.org/pylons/faq.shtml

The history of Communism. It was after I read "Superman:Red Son" a few years ago that I did alot of reading on the subject. For the record I am proud to be an American lol.

I forgot to mention vampires in my list. And yeah, having a conversation with a vamp tramp was one of the most interesting conversations of my life. Thankfully it was a different girl who sucked the blood from my finger that time I cut it pretty bad...

The human vagina... Seriously. For some reason, this reminds me of a friend I have who frequently refers to any penis as "the male penis."

Yeah, in a lot of ways, it's down right creepy. I'm glad to see so many others have found it interesting, too. Probably my favorites are the ones with musical identifiers; something about a short music intro preceding the numbers gets to me.

The Hoover Dam. If you ever get the chance, check this thing out. Then read up on it's history. It is utterly amazing. The fact that building the thing created a town in Nevada, it's history with gambling(Boulder City that is), the speed the dam was built, ect. Keep in mind that it was a government project and it was finished ahead of schedule and under budget. Now, government projects like roads and such get done in twice the time and 10 times the budget.
Oh, and the Jersey Devil is real, dammit!
