I hate shows on the History Channel or Discovery Channel where they investigate about Area 51 or The Bermuda Triangle or shit like that.
Im real interested in those things themselves, and I realize their more to educate people about them and the history. But the thing is that they advertise it like they found some new shit out but they never do. They never find ANYTHING...

Or Doco's about Nostrodamus where he suddenly and conveniently predicted the most recent tragedies.

If so I'm compelled to watch. One more reason I love the History Channel. Edit: Curses- it's Ice Road Truckers. You got me hopes and made me talk like some 'stache twirling villain! THESE are the kind of shows I hate on the History Channel Edit: and a result of the typo, I also sound part pirate.

My fav thing about shows like that? The experts they interview you can just tell are WAY WAY too into the subject material. Everyone's passionate about something, but oftentimes these people appear to have lost their mind somewhere during the course of their research. You can see it in their eyes.

The History Channel has great shows and crap shows.
But for what it's worth, I think their good stuff greatly outweighs their bad.

I learned my lesson about those shows a long time ago when they were hyping new "discoveries" about the whereabouts of Atlantis. The whole thing was just a retelling of the story and then a bunch of jagoffs guessing where it is.

It can be no worst than the documentary I was watching on Discovery about The Freemasons and they had all this evidence they presented against them the whole show just for the last 10 minutes to say but none of that stuff is real.....I was pissed.....
