i thought it was quite obvious it was run by monkeys when they listed the STFU as painstaking, the only painstaking thing is watching it, and listing the figure four as 'seemingly inescapable' when its probably the most reversed submission ever

I liked the old format they had with the magazine with long articles in it. Now it sucks except for the special ones like the end of the year's ones are alright, and the Raw 15th anniversary one is cool too. Oh, and monkeys rule!!! It's those damn dirty apes that you have to watch out (I'm sorry about that. I had "Planet of the Apes" on while typing this). Were you watchin the marathon on AMC?

I don't think that's official policy. Also...

The STFU is inescapable. Inescapably lame! BOO-YA! Wellllll I almost did that gimmick. I'd go around claiming to have never been pinned, everytime i was in a pin i couldnt get out of i would tap out before the three count, thus keeping the title of the guy who has never been pinned, yet never won a match.

To answer the question, no WWE Magazine is not run by monkeys. If it were it'd might be worth reading. Exactly. At least monkeys are funny, like when they ride unicycles and smoke cigars. They think they're people ^___^

Mr.Perfect would be appalled if he were still alive.
He'd write to that imbecile, Todd Pettingill and give him a piece of his mind!

Though I could of had my own marathon without the commericals because I have the box set of the movies.

I don't think that's official policy. no, what about thinking about the many thousands of holds that exist and picking 2 that actually fit the criteria theyve chosen? Because they want to go for moves with reasonably high visibility/recognition, because they're not catering to a smark audience.

I recently just bought the best of 2007 WWE Issue, and I was reading it at work today, and I just noticed something. On page 51, there is a page called "It's a Trap" and it's a look at the "6 most painstaking finishers with seemingly no way out". Well they have the following moves: John Cena's "STFU" Brett Hart's "Sharpshooter" Ric Flair's "Figure Four Leg Lock" Rick Martel's "Boston Crab" Iron Sheik's "Camel Clutch" which are all submission holds, but here's one they put it as a submission hold: Mr. Perfect's "Perfect-plex" Now last time I checked, the Perfect-Plex wasn't a submission hold. Here's is their explanation for the hold: "Famously known for being nearly impossible to escape. Perfect's finisher ensnared legends like Bret Hart, Ric Flair, and Hulk Hogan. If you found yourself in Mr. Perfect's grasp, you had 2 choices: Tap out or pray for mercy." Thoughts? Yeah, cross out the word "Magazine" and you may be close to the truth. LOL

Iron Sheik and Mr. Perfect were both recently inducted into the hall of fame. (sorry i dont know if Martel was i didnt pay much attention sorry) so they are remembered... besides what else are they going to put? what submission finishers could they put? walls of jericho? Khali claw? there aren't many submissions left in the WWE at this point
