If only I could actually believe that Jeff Hardy was winning the title at the Royal Rumble. He is so incredibly over. The pops for him beating Orton the past two RAWs were so ear-burstingly loud, and having gone to a couple of WWE TV Tapings myself, I can say with almost certainty that they are not dubbed in. I'm not saying that I'm the biggest Jeff Hardy mark in the world, I actually prefer Matt Hardy, but man Hardy is over. Actually, speaking of Matt, put the World Heavyweight Title on him too.
I often think, if Hardy had been a little bit more reliable and clean earlier in his career, would things be different right now?

He obviously wont though WWE rule, if you go over before the PPV your screwed at the PPV. Honestly though you can see title changes coming, no more surprises in WWE

Just watching Jeffs performances over the past couple months, and his ladder match with Taker, I'm convinced; he might not beat Orton at the Rumble, but unless something goes horribly wrong, he's definately a future world champ.

Yeah, I know, I hate the predictability of the main event scene. One man holds the title, beats a few assorted challengers, just waiting for when Triple H decides he is ready for another shot.
Though I do find it amazing that Triple H actually put Jeff Hardy over at Armageddon. Props to Hunter Hearst Helmsley for that one.

Orton beating HHH in the LMS Khali winning the Battle Royal Kurt winning the Battle Royal Hell, even Rey winning at WM was only speculation.

Khali and Kurt's Battle Royal wins were due to circumstances that are out of the norm, and both were spoiled on WWE.com before the show aired. Pretty predictable. Rey was pretty obvious. Edge's 1st reign was pretty good, but that was back in January 2006....we're 2 years removed from that.

Well yeah it was spoiled by WWE.com, but actually learning they became champions WAS a pretty damn good shock. Especially since Kurt was on Raw at the time.

Yeah, I forgot that Kurt was on RAW at the time, good call. Khali's win was actually a shock, but not in a good way.
