Bret Hart.
He CAN'T wrestle without taking a HUGE risk of hurting his brain even more. Stroke plus concussions. Not good.

Bret Hart, simply because wrestling again would be a risk to his health.

Hart for the win as even if he wanted to, he is no condition whatsoever to get in a wrestling ring. I think a lot of people forget that.

Bret physically and legally cannot wrestle.
Physically it could severely damage him, and after he settled his contract with Lloyds of London, he would have to give up his insurance payout if he were to wrestle again.

Apart from Bret probably the Rock because he's succesful enough without having to wrestle.

For obvious reasons Bret "The Hitman" Hart. The man had a stroke. Stroke recoveries like Tedy Bruschi of the New England Patriots are definately not the norm and while I'm sure Bret has recovered enough that he is living a decent life outside of wrestling I really don't think he's in any shape for a return to wrestling. A stroke is a very serious brain injury and add in the propensity for concussions and other head injuries in wrestling it would just be suicide.

Bret is too obvious a choice as far as wrestling, because it could cause him serious harm.
If it's any role on the show, gotta go with the Rock, because he's doing too well outside of wrestling to consider coming back.

Except AJ Styles and Kurt Angle I don't think Vince could get any one of these to wrestle full time for WWE.
