I'm sure most of us is assuming that a SD! wrestler will be given the win at the Royal Rumble, and its Taker we're all assuming.....
But what if instead of a 2nd-consecutive victory, its given instead to Batista?
Besides many Crappers' heads exploding, it would make sense.....since Batista failed to beat Edge cleanly for the strap in 2007, it could even be booked as the "last chance" match for him.
Again, I think Taker will be booked to win the RR, but am I nuts or on drugs to suggest that it might not be Taker after all?

I thought people were counting on Trips to win it... not a smackdown guy.

Yeah now that Triple H is in, he seems like the favorite, and Taker wins the Elimination Chamber at No Way Out. Or vice versa I suppose.

Either way it's two things I don't really want to see.

I thought Batista was slated to win the Rumble this year? But whatever the case. I'm saying yep. Batista will win it. And that's a bad thing. I don't see what the big deal is about that guy. He isn't good at all.

No way. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say Taker will win. Remember, Taker is yet to have a one-on-one match with the Edgester for the World title. There is no way in hell it will be Batista.

I really like Triple H, but if he wins the rumble, I will riot. And this is not an OMG BACKSTAGE POWERZ!!!ONE!!111 issue, this is a predictability issue.
Edit: 1,000th post ;D

If Batista wins, he can go against Orton as well setting up HHH vs Batista vs Orton at Mania

I'm still hoping WWE will do something slightly less predictable than going with a guy who already had 1525 title shots

Bobby Lashley or Big Show make their return and win the rumble. Big Show, why not? But I swear, should Lashley come back and win, you'd consider moving on the Moon or on Mars

They just ran that storyline this summer with "Batista's last chance" Only it wasn't his last chance. If anybody is going to win the rumble it will probably be somebody like hmm. I'd say top 4 right now are HBK, Batista, Undertaker, and HHH. Everybody else in the rumble..just doesn't really poke out.
