Well, the Wahmbulance got called after the Rumble last night, and Dr. RRA is asking........what's the trouble over?
Thing is, the Cena victory makes sense. The rumored Orton/Trips main event at Wrestlemania, to quote a friend of mine, is staler than 3 year old cookies.
And really, unlike Trips/Orton, there is logic to Orton/Cena. You have chain gang having to chase for the strap that he never loss in the first place....and its a basic heat program: Cena never pinned Orton one-on-one in a title match, and Orton injured Cena, forcing him to medically drop the belt.
Its not the most exciting program, but I'm not mad about it. Besides, better than the Trips Show, right?
Now its the Hardy match that did annoy me, but if only because I felt Orton could have retained with a pin, but with a dirty finish that didn't make Hardy look bad.
To put it another way, HBK could afford to be pinned clean as a sheet by Orton. Hardy can't right now.....or am I wrong?

I didn't particularly mind both, but Orton won a bit too suddenly for me.

Both were equally awful, but in all fairness Ortan VS Jeff with a clean win for Randy was a slightly bigger letdown.

Easily Cena winning the Rumble. At least with Orton, I saw and CALLED that finish from a mile away. I was so pissed when Cena came back it makes me go neck fat crazy!

Soon as Cena's music hit the outcome became VERY predictable.

Both pissed me off a lot.
Orton pulls out his usual, uberdeadly RKO out of nowhere after being dominated the whole time. Ok, Jeff still looked like a million bucks, and there was hope for a rematch...
...until John f'n Cena's music hits. Then I knew it was all over.
I was really excited and CURIOUS to find out what was gonna happen in this year's Road to WrestleMania... Now I know and I'm pissed off and bored already.

Come-on usually the Rumble is a chance for someone new to get a chance at the Main Event scene, or at least someone who has been reaching for the title shot but never getting it
Cena already HAD a way to comeback and auto-challenge for the title because he never lost it, it seems like an empty gesture for him to win the Rumble and get a title-shot when he already had a storyline claim to it since he was injured and was forced to forfeit.

Orton, because at least Cena was well over.
And seeing a clip of the video, it looked like HHH was legit pissed that he was there (he probably wasn't and knew all along, but it looked like he was mad and I appreciate that)

They're both somewhat connected like Loki said. I figured Orton would win, though I still had hope for a Hardy win. But I had been OK with this, because I thought for sure if it was going to be HHH/Orton that Jeff would be thrown in, and all the interaction between those 3 since October would lead to a 3 way at Mania for the gold.
The damn second Cena's music hit the Hardy balloon deflated. Real shame.

Seeing as it has been teased and was almost certain with the MITB win, I think it would have been a good way to get Kennedy the push that he missed out on about a year ago.

I'm happy with both of them. I've never been a Cena hater, and it's great to see him back in action. Orton... well... I hate Orton, but I hate Hardy more. So yay.
I'm sure the Internet would've LOVED for Steven Richards to win the RR, and then win the WWE title, and then unify all 3 belts, but in actuality the RR was almost certainly going to go to someone they hate. Be it Batista, Trips, or the out-of-nowhere Cena, odds were about 3% in favor of the Internet not exploding with complaints.

I had no real problem with either. It's nice to see the champion actually win some matches cleanly so he doesn't look like a total goon, and I have no real beef with Cena winning.

So you prefer a predictable chain of events? I just don't like Cena. You saying I like a predictable finishes is like Jim Ross saying that Mick Foley likes pain. It is not true, but since I'm used to the finish (I was at the Poughkeepsie show 3 weeks earlier), I was calling for it.

I thought the finish to Orton/Jeff was a bit crap but Cena winning the Rumble was awesome.
