Both pissed me off a lot. Orton pulls out his usual, uberdeadly RKO out of nowhere after being dominated the whole time. Ok, Jeff still looked like a million bucks, and there was hope for a rematch... ...until John f'n Cena's music hits. Then I knew it was all over. I was really excited and CURIOUS to find out what was gonna happen in this year's Road to WrestleMania... Now I know and I'm pissed off and bored already. Totally agree. The only thing that might save this is if Cena (who we all know will get the title back at WM) eventually drops to Jeff. Otherwise, with Cena's return, RAW has gone from interesting to UGH in a matter of moments.

Easily Cena. I was expecting Orton to win.
Cena's miracle "recovery" was a used diaper in the face of what was a decent PPV.

Both were fantastic.
Jeff will easily get his heat back in time. I was skeptical about Orton winning at first aswell, but Jeff'll be fine.

I figured alot of people we disappointed that punk wasn't a factor last night. Since there were threads saying he would have a good chance of winning and taking on Edge, Or just to interfear in the Edge-Rey match. To which none happened.

What I am a tad upset about is none of those things...
Finlay got eliminated by DQ.
In a match where there are no DQs.
Did noone watch the 2001 'Hardcore' Royal Rumble? You know, the same one Kane eliminated 11 people in?

Then you know ... the whole "evil boss smile" thing.

Hope he didn't read the thread.

I guess I'm more upset about Orton because I thought there should have been about five more minutes and several false finishes added to that match. I don't mind the result, I just wish it was a better match.
Cena I can take or leave, honestly.

i dont mind either. Cena was a surprise that nobody could have realistically seen coming. I find it much better than another Triple H win. im not much of a Cena fan, but im glad to see him back
Honestly im surprised that seemingly so many people thought Hardy was going to win. Hes had the upper hand over Orton for the entire feud, and they're not ready for him to be main eventing WM. Maybe someday, but not now.

I thought that Kennedy, taker, HHH, or punk would have been the winners to the Rumble...not Cena. I figured that Jeff was doing the job last night. Seems like they may wanna drag out his win to maybe a three way dance at WM.

I'm not surprised or upset that Hardy lost. In fact, I expected him to lose. I just didn't expect him to lose so decisively. I think such a decisive lost took out a lot of his momentum. That match should have had a lot more false finishes and at least some version of heel tactics thrown in. The way the match ended, it was like they were saying "Thanks for coming, Jeff. See ya in the mid card."
Cena's return told me several things:
1) Hardy's push is over.
2) Cena was winning the rumble.
3) His superman push will continue, as I'm sure we'll be told that "He came back so soon when a normal man would have been on the shelf for months!" about 62326457979 times tonight on RAW.
Hardy will now be sent back to the midcard as we get 2 months of buildup for Cena/Orton, which is sure to delight no one.

I think because I really wanted Jeff to win, Orton's win was a MASSIVE letdown, especially when the heels went over everywhere else excepting Flair.

Not remotely bothered about Orton's clean win, I figured Jeff wouldn't win the belt and figured Orton had to win clean to be a 'strong' champion leading into Mania. I find him tremendously boring but I expected this boredom going in.
I didn't expect the utter disappointment of Cena's win. Good IWC-fake-out by WWE, but I still detested it. Better than Batista winning, but still awful.
