Ok so Cena gets a title shot at WM now. We know that. He also gets one at NWO now just for the hell of it?
So assuming he wins at NWO and holds the belt going into WM... he then still has a title shot against a champ coming his way so will he just go for SmackDown's and try for a WHC and WWE title unification at WM?
Could the fact that all the sets are now the same due to the HD upgrade an indicator that the brands are ending?

He didn't want the shot at Wrestlemania. He wanted it tonight. Orton would only face him on PPV, so they're meeting at No Way Out. Whoever wins the Chamber, faces the winner of Orton/Cena

Ok so no matter what there's no WM shot for him?

Ok so no matter what there's no WM shot for him? Correct. Its winner of Cena/Orton vs. winner of the EC at Mania. He wanted his title shot early.

Yea, I'm thinking that using the same set for HD is more of a money-saving measure than any plans of merging the brands, which I don't think is in the near future. That new set sure doesn't look cheap at all, and surely 3 HD friendly sets would be a huge hit to the pocketbook.

The current business model of WWE is not for a brand split. They've got arenas booked, merchandise to sell, etc, and given that wrestling is on a decline right now, they need those extra shows to make the quarterly reports look good (spin is cute thing; even when they're losing money, Linda manages to spin it so it almost seems that they're making money). I highly doubt we'll be seeing a brand split in the forseeable future.

I'm pretty certain we're gonna eventually see a Hardy/Cena/Orton triple threat match at Mania.
