You guys are just ridiculous. You were all, EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU, so high on that guy before he got suspended and now you think he sucks.
Fact is, Kennedy is absolutely fantastic. Especially on the mic. I agree that he's not that great in the ring yet, but he gets big reactions every time he comes to the ring.

I liked the guy and still do like the guy...but we're arguing about when he'll be main eventing and winning titles, not whether we like him, and that suspension screwed that up for him.

I think that he has talent (a lot) that needs to be developed over time.
He very well may toil in the midcard for his whole career, but I see acting ability (65% of good ring work) that translates into a main event presence.

When he doesn't screw up.
The guy has the worst luck. Be it with injuries, or the wellness policy, everytime he's on the verge of taking off, something happens.
I don't see him taking the MitB this year, though. I think that'll be Jeff, but if Kennedy is the one to end Ric Flair's career, that's certainly the beginning of a big push, in my opinion.

It may take a while, that injury and steroid thing really set him back. If neither of those happened he would have had the title or be cashing in that MITB by now...

I don't remember ever once jumping on the whole "KENNEDY IS TEH AWESOME!!!11" bandwagon last year. You may think he's fantastic and that's your opinion, but I think the guy is bland and boring as hell. We're talking about the opportunities he blew last year.

I hereby, without hypocrisy, beam Kennedy in the noggin with a stone! I for one was never high on him... Can't wait for everyone to stop jizzing over MVP as well. What will it take? As long as the never-defended US title is glued to his waist, my fellow IWC brethren will continue to say it's an extremely valuable strap o' gold.

I think he's improved. He had a great match with HBK (cue hundreds of "''cause HBK carried him!" replies) a week ago and showed great intensity in last nights Kendrick squash. I'm liking his character lately too. I think his only problem at the moment is being surrounded by too many big names on Raw, if they kept on Smackdown he might have had better success.
