I've got a few complaints: FIrst, what happened to FInlays spot? Second, Hornswoggle was never eliminated. WTF happened tonight? DIdn't Cena just say he wouldn't be able to return by Mania, why get our hopes up? Going way, way, WAY back to when Randy Savage left the 1991 Rumble before it even started, if you don't get into the ring before the next man enters, you're eliminated. 'Swoggle was eliminated as soon as th next man hit the ring.

You'd think I'd be mad, but it's certainly the lesser of the two evils. Seconded. I was tired of Cena too, but with him gone Raw actually got more boring. This was NOT the way to bring back Cena. He would have done much better redemption angle (getting back what was his) but with losses on the way, he would have endeared himself to people, especially the internet crowd. But if this is the beginning of the Superman part 2, well bring on the boos. The WWE could care less about pleasing the people who hang out on wrestling websites. Cena's return was a surprise, and now their biggest star will be in the main event of Wrestlemania. For WWE this is a great scenario. But will it be great if half the arena boos the golden boy out of Orlando?

DIdn't Cena just say he wouldn't be able to return by Mania, why get our hopes up? They said Finlay was disqualified for coming out before the countdown and using the shelaliegh. Yes, there was a DQ in the Royal Rumble match. Hornswoggle just left with him, who the hell knows. Who cares, he didn't win, thats whats important. I'd rather Horny then Cena. If Finlay was DQed how'd Cena get his number?? Shouldn't there have been a blank spot. Also why was a world champion in the match?

*sighs* I guess a good thing can only last so long. Well, I guess it's back to the never-ending-superman-series. Wonder what kind of odds he'll overcome next? He's already overcome his "injury". What else? A deadly disease? Oh well, at least we got to see Piper and Snuka go at it. Ahhhhh, that's better. Maybe they'll book an angle where all the wrestlers in the WWE get infected with a virus that turns them into mindless violent zombies, and Cena's the only one who is immune. So every Raw will be Cena fighting off dozens of men by himself, while at the same time trying to develop a cure for them AND quoting lame pop culture stuff that hasn't been popular for months. That would ROOL!

I'm content. I can bring back my "Oh, Cena overcame the odds again?" avatar ;D Plus, it was a nice swerve. It's about time we got something truly surprising and unexpected.

Didnt watch the rumble I can take or leave Cena but sounds like no one was expecting it none of the "insider" website predicted it they went with Taker Trips or Batty so I say good on WWE for keeping it secret

Did it occur to anyone that Jeff Hardy can move to Smackdown and win the World Heavyweight Championship? The World Heavyweight Championship is the People's Choice Awards of WWE Championships.

I honestly believed that when Cena was out, a new batch of players would finally be able to take a step up towards the main event scene and it looked possible with Jeff being pushed. Now the Rumble happens and Jeff's push is possibly gonna be stomped in favor of another Cena run and the same players get to main event again This is the only problem I have with Cena being back. I like Cena, and thought it was a great suprise win... something that I don't ever recall having in a Rumble before, as its usually blatantly obvious way before the event even starts. Although perhaps it would have been a better idea to do it somewhere other then New York. Anyway my problem is this However, what happens to Hardy now? are they going to just push back to the midcard even though they built him up big time?

To me, it just looked like a case of WWE saying, LOL @ you! You will like what we tell you to like!
They went into one of the top smark cites in the world, and waltz SuperCena out there. While on the same night, taking the super over right now, Jeff Hardy and stomp on his push with a steel toed boot.
It's like a human hitting a dog on the nose after he pisses on the carpet. It's like there saying, NO! You will not like Jeff Hardy, you like John Cena! Bad dog!

What happens if Cena gets himself hurt again between now and WM?

I don't care that he's back, but now we're just back where we were. We had a great fued with Jeff where Jeff was over as all hell, and a fued I could actually get into. Now, Cena wins at WM and holds the belt for another two years. Now I remember why I don't watch wrestling anymore.

What happens if Cena gets himself hurt again between now and WM? They've got a spare Cena locked in a vault in Titan Towers.

They should have Cena lay low on TV for the next few months. Play up the idea that he may still not be 100%, and keep him from wearing out his welcome too soon.

What happens if Cena gets himself hurt again between now and WM? We rejoice and have a championship match we can enjoy. A championship where we actually don't know who'll win. If Cena is in the main event, he's winning. It's not fun when you know for certain who is going to win.

I don't work for them or own any shares. I watch to be entertained. I understand your reasoning for bringing it up, it's not bad from a business standpoint, but for the reason I watch wrestling, the title picture will likely go right back to SuperCena. Sure some other guys will likely get shots, but the Raw title picture is set for the unforeseeable future.....again. The WWE dropped the ball not building up any more main event talent while Cena was out. Orton was already there, Jeff just needed the chance. It's obvious HHH will get a crack, maybe Jericho will turn heel and get a crack, maybe JBL will. It's the same old crap again.

Looks like another 3 year hiatus from wrestling for me after Wrestlemania.
This is just a slap in the face.

Now, Cena wins at WM and holds the belt for another two years. Now I remember why I don't watch wrestling anymore. The feud was over. Jeff got his shots in, Orton won in the end. At most their would have been one more match between them. If a Smackdown wrestler had won the Rumble then odds are there wouldn't even have been that because Jeff would have been in the EC. Think logically!
