Royal Rumble 2008 just made me a John Cena Fan.
I was extremely annoyed with him in 2007, but now, in 2008, it's changed.
Not sure how it happened, but now I'm converted.
Congratulations, WWE! I used to be Anti-Cena like many others, now I really love him!!!
Signed, XCV, Wrestling fan since 1988.
ps: anyone else feel the same? Or otherwise tell me what you think of it...

I've never disliked him, and the way some people are acting about the Rumble win is downright childish

I think he's very charsimatic, not the best worker but he gets by, and he's buddies with Joe so I like him in a sense
People who don't like him I think are just maybe a bit tooooo obssessed with the Anti-Cena campaign.
(Also this is from someone who just watched his first WWE show all the way through since last June)

The just fact alone that his Rumble win has ruined the lives of many people on this board has made me a John Cena fan.

Well way I look at it if you buy a ticket say to a movie and hate the ending, thus feeling ripped off, you have every right to complain. That is all.

I'm eating popcorn watching the NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO thread.
Never been the biggest Cena fan (I don't hate him either as I understand why he's been pushed the way he has) but I have always been a Cena fan as I respect his in-ring work and him milking the reactions he's gotten and made a career out of it.
Also, props to Cena for keeping this under wraps, saying over and over that he's out until after WM. Other guys with big secrets have f***ed up, but Cena carried the company line and reaped the benefits in the end.

Still couldn't give a crap about the guy, but I prefer him over that other guy we thought would win. You know. But I usually just watch Raw for the people I care about so him being back really doesn't affect anything for me at all. Once they break up the Santino/Carlito team or job them to Rhodes/Holly then I shall riot .

I like the suprise they pulled. I don't hate him, but I just don't like the way he is booked and presented. Just makes it almost impossible for me to tolerate him.
I can at times, but not often.
He's proven to me in the past that he can be fun to watch and entertaining. It's just been a while. But it's not really his fault.

You'll soon change your mind when its Cena Vs Monster week in week out again, f***ing eugh.

Didn't we just have a thread a couple of days ago where people were defending Cena's spot in the main event?

I just like the levels of maturity from people claiming 'John Cena's for kiddies'
I know 12 year olds that act better than the people posting on this forum.

lol i don't get it, wrestling itself is "for the kiddies".
So was Sting, Bret Hart, Hogan, HBK, and to an extent Austin

The thing is, is that WWE doaen't need the IWC fans, they need to cater to the common fans.

Screw that, I've seen 8 year olds who act more mature. You'd think by this reaction John Cena pulled a David Bowie and started dabbling in Nazi fundamentals...
