I didn't see this posted yet.
PWInsider
I would assume this is just until the writers strike is over and not a permanent move?

If it did well in the ratings (and that's quite a crapshoot), does anyone think that NBC would keep it on Monday nights? (At the expense of Heroes)

And if this happens, they need to pull the heads out of their asses and put out an outstanding show. And bring in a few celebrities as well to help bring in outside viewers and get more media awareness as well.

Heroes is finished for the year though. I'm thinking if RAW got decent ratings, they might keep it on NBC till the fall season begins.

Maybe then I can see Raw in HD, seeing as Time-Warner apparently isn't in any hurry to add USA HD.

If this happens, and that's a big IF, the WWE would be insane to not shake things up a bit to make sure they are putting on the absolute best show possible. This is the sort of oppurtunity they need to go back to being a mainstream attraction like in the Attitude Era

You know what makes this even awesomer? More people are going to see Psych. Yeah, James Roday is a tour de force on that show. I heard he has pretty much free reign to ad-lib. If the writers guild strike means that WWE gets a boost, Psych (and James Roday) get more recognition, and maybe Monk gets a little resurgence (though it has run its course by this point), then there will be some positives to the strike.

It wouldn't change anything in terms of content.
Look at the crap WWE have produced for "SNME"

Its a good thing the writer's strike doesn't affect the WWE since well you know, they don't have any creative writers.

Actually, if the strike doesn't get settled soon, all of the Fall shows are questionable including Heroes. Not to mention that most of 2009's biggest movies are all on hold because no writing is being done. HBO is THIS CLOSE to cancelling the new seasons of Entourage and Deadwood planned for the summer, so it rolls on from there. Bottom line, this sucks. I don't want RAW on NBC. And yes, content would most definatley be changed, starting with no live TV and all taped shows.

Im curious if this will help RAW or make it worse. Im sure NBC would want better then what the E is putting out now but will they allow the risk?
