Ok, so apparently it'll be Flair vs: HBK at WM 24.
The ending I keep hearing is that HBK wins, then we take a few minutes for the crowd to give Flair a standing ovation. Flair then gives a heartfelt tearjerking speech, and walks up the ramp as several WWE superstars are waiting to hug him.
But what about before the match? Here's how I see it.
================
JR: Well folks, this could very well be the last time we see the Nature Boy step into the squared circle for a match. Let's take a look back at the Nature Boy's journey
(Cut to great WWE video going through Flair's career, along with soundbites from several wrestlers)
(Cut to Flair lacing up his boots in the locker room. Slowly laces them up. Then he gets up, and walks the hallway. Several wrestlers are there to wish him luck. Then he goes up to Dusty Rhodes)
Dusty: Remember. No matter what, you'll always be the jet-flying, kiss stealing, wheelin' dealin' son of a gun to me.
Ric: Thank you, Dusty.
(Flair then sees Arn Anderson)
Arn: Remember, you will always be a legend. But more than that, you will always be...a Horsemen (holds up four fingers)
Ric: Thank you, Arn (they hug)
(Flair sees Harley Race)
Race: You and I had some great matches. We made each other bleed. And I love you like a brother. You have nothing to be ashamed of, no matter what happens.
Ric: Thank you, Harley.
(Flair then keeps walking down the hallway. He opens the door leading to the final hallway...and waiting for him is Ricky Steamboat)
Steamboat: ....You know what I always liked about you, Ric? I walked the walk no matter what. But you had the balls to talk the talk as well. And whether we were fighting for the title or just for pride...you stuck to your guns no matter what I threw at you in the ring.
I know you still have it, Ric. Now you can go out there and be the man who won't be ashamed of losing. You can be the humble old man who has already proved everything that needs to be proved.
Or you can WALK THAT AISLE...go up to that man who idolizes you...and remind him that you're not only older..you're still better. You can WALK THAT AISLE..and show us the Nature Boy, the Sixty Minute Man...you can WALK THAT AISLE...and tell the man across the ring from you..to be the man..YOU GOTTA BEAT THE MAN!!
(the two stare at each other for a few seconds. Then Flair's music starts to play on the speakers. Flair begins his last walk to the entranceway)
