Good for the kid. Maybe he and Dreamer can get Miz and Morrison at Mania.

Good for him. I've been watchin ECW recently and he's one of the most entertaining parts of the show. I mean did you hear the crowd go wild when he hit 2 punches? That was sheer gold.

This is truly a great day for the lactose intolerant community. As they raise their glasses of soy milk in triumph.

Good for Colin, though.

At first, I listened to the crowd, and I was afraid Colin wasn't going to go very far. But when he actually hit an offensive move, the crowd went wild.
I really do hope that Dreamer and Delaney do something on a large scale, as said above, maybe a Wrestlemania appearance. Dreamer and Delaney could become this decade's Cactus and Whipwreck.

I'm hoping that Delaney gets put in a hardcore match, and, in a Festus-like transformation, just metaphorically kills his opponent with the assorted weapons.

Imagine being in developmental for years, working to get that roster spot, then a guy who shows up once gets over before signing a contract and is now a prominent feature of ECW

Instead of being sad for Chikara, why not sign Jimmy Olsen and Brodie Lee??

Good for Colin. It'll be awesome to be able to see one of my favorites on tv every week without the worry of him just disappearing. Also, someone correct me if I'm wrong, but is Colin the first CHIKARA regular(Not counting Castagnoli, since he got fired in about a week after signing) to get a contract?

Imagine being in developmental for years, working to get that roster spot, then a guy who shows up once gets over before signing a contract and is now a prominent feature of ECW What makes it even funnier is the fact that Delaney is such a decidedly non-WWE style guy. Pale, scrawny and with nothing but indy experience. He pretty much breaks every rule of what a WWE talent is supposed to be. Personally, I'm happy as all hell for the guy. I've only recently become aware of his Chikara/indy stuff, but he's an extremely entertaining worker. He's a guy that probably never in a million years imagined being signed to a WWE contract, but now he's got an opportunity to live out his dream and do what a lot of more "obvious" guys have never been able to do. And even if he gets released a month from now, all of this weekly exposure on national TV will up his stock on the independent scene exponentially. It's cool that ECW really is taking on that whole "Land of the Misfit Toys" vibe. Punk, BDV, Delaney, Boogeyman, Kane, Kofi. It's a lot of unique performers all housed under one roof.

Matt Sydal did CHIKARA didn't he? I think he did a few shows at least, so he wouldn't be a regular.

I'm just surprised they'd let him get all this airtime and exposure without signing him to a contract first since it tends to go against how the WWE operates I think a couple things contributed to it 1. He sold everything like death, which is how people like the Hardys and Mick Foley got in. 2. They really, REALLY wanted another Mikey Whipwreck for whatever reason. Who can say how they got this plan and how they discovered Colin, but all I can say is after last week I think it is working and I hope that Dreamer and Colin get a shot at the tag titles @ WM. I just want to see Colin go ballistic on Mizroson with some weaponry though.
