For starters, little point having a contest where most of the finalists get signed anyway. Most of the runner-ups that are signed usually spend a few weeks as interviewers then disappear.
How about this for a crazy idea? Bring up the women from developmental you actually have. I mean, what is Nattie Neidhart still doing not on the main roster, for instance? Or Kelly's friend Victoria Crawford, who as this match against Beth shows, clearly benefitted from not being thrown out there as eye candy like Kelly was (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4JbfG5Ooils).

Well, here's the thing. I'm begining to think that the current Diva Search is a work. They have some models they are thinking of hiring, and so they put them on it to gauge audiance reception. The ones who worked out well get hired, the ones who don't, leave. Under this theory, it's little more than an a elaborate focus group.

Ummmm.... how much time did the Diva Search take last year? Like 5 minute video packages? I really don't find it terrible anyway. It gives me time to have a cigarette or make a sandwich.
