I'm talking about their slow recovery time of course, any particularly drawn out cases you recall?

WrestleMania X-Seven: Taker/HHH. Don't remember the ref but he was down forever.

There was that MMA match where one fighter refused to go back into the same position after a break, the ref insisted, so the guy clobbered him legit. The ref recovered, but it was still shocking.

Saw a recent match which was a tag battle between Karou/mayumi ozaki vs Ran YuYu/carlos amano from GAEA 2002 and the ref took a rather nasty blow to the chest, she was pretty much winded for the entire match but sucked it up,pretty brave but it was quite a nasty bump.

Yeah I was going to say Chioda or Korderas, I thought it was because of a Chokeslam but the Elbow/Stomp sounds correct because I remember laughing when they finally made their way back to the ring and he was still down.

It had to be Tim White. The blow he took was so bad that he had such a terrible case of Irritable Bowel Syndrome that he had to try and shoot himself.

The guy was out for over seven minutes. SEVEN minutes 7 God damn minutes

I don't know the exact details, but I think I remember being quite cheesed off when Mick Foley was reffing a match and took a pretty generic ref bump and stayed down for quite a while.
Unless I just dreamed this all up.
