Chris Harris made his WWE debut in a dark match against Benjamin. Benjamin hit his code breaker type maneuver to score the pinfall victory. There were some TNA chants in the crowd.

Granted, Punk's was on heat, but it could probably be the same thing, with him going down to developmental if they liked what they saw.

He has already signed a contract that allows him to skip FCW I believe (I think Killings was rumored to have signed the same thing but, is just finishing out his commitments).

EDIT: I wonder if this was a dark match or a squash for ECW? It seems odd to not have Shelton wrestling on TV and hopeless trying to cut a decent promo since he's in the MITB match.

It's a real shame he isn't more appreciated, I think he could be great but something isn't clicking with him right now.

They are going to bring up Chris Harris with a deaf man gimmick with Nattie Neidhart as his manager.

Well, the "TNA" chants will make WWE "creative" force to repackage him with a VERY different gimmick than his AMW one. They'll probably have him cut and dye his hair plus give him some very different ring gear.

However, it would be awesome if they just copied Storm's gimmick, give it to Harris and put him on ECW. ECW needs more beer since the Sandman is gone.

Theoretically to smooth him into the WWE style, but I think he's pretty close to that already.

I don't see him coming in as a singles guy. Course I also don't see him coming in as a face. So this match is totally weird in my opinion.

But I wonder what they'll end up doing with him.
