So what happens here, what they inadvertely have here is a heel vs heel match. The WWE probably promossed Mayweather he would go over, but it would the best interest that Big Show because that is what the people want.
I think they could do what they did with K-Fed, let him win but lose at the sametime, so the crowd is happy.
Mayweather will win the match due to outside interference by whoever Show is going to feud with next maybe the Great Kahli, but get chokeslammed after the match and the Big Show would leave with a standing ovation after chokeslamming the hated Mayweather.

This is a high profile match at wrestlemania. There will be no run in.

No run in? Surely you jest?
Shane will cost Show the match. This will lead to Show/Shane with Mayweather being ref.

$20,000,000.00 is kayfabe. There's no way to make a profit paying one of the guys that much.
I predict a complete and utter squash, with Show going over after limited, inneffectual offence from Mayweather. He'll do about as well as that boxer Show decimated on RAW a few weeks back.
Well, I can dream, can't I? If Mayweather goes over, it'll be the biggest travesty in pro wrestling since LT over Bammer at WMXI.

The best way to book it, IMO, is not with one run-in, but with at least half a dozen. There should be interference from Mayweather's posse, one or more McMahons, some surprise friends/enemies from Big Show's past, Pete Rose, etc., etc., etc. Just a total, chaotic mob fight, and in the end Mayweather gets the pin, but Show ends up with a major feud with one of the wrestlers who got involved.

You mean like when Yoko went over Taker at the Royal Rumble 1994. Even though Taker, he still had the unbeatable reputation by taking so many guys to stuff in the casket.

Well, it depends on what type of match it is. Isn't there a rule in boxing where if you leave the ring you lose? Maybe Show hits the ropes and someone pulls them down?

It's not a boxing match, it's a boxer vs. wrestler match. Even if it were a boxing match, leaving the ring only counts as a knockdown(your head goes under the top rope). You have a 10 count to get back in.
