During that terrible monday night that "ye who shall not be named" was announced to have died with Nacy and Daniel, on another board I go to there was a person who swore up and down that the whole thing was complelty fake and was a way of Vince getting out of the "Vince is dead" storyline due to all the stock investors complaining and threatening to file charges against him.
On the lighter side, some I've heard
-Bret Hart will come back and wrestle at Wrestlemania (Happens every year. Face it folks, he's not coming back)
-Not only is Kane the Undertaker's real brother, but also was the UnderFaker at Summerslan 1994
-Sid was fired from WCW for killing Ole Anderson with a pair of scissors in England (I seriously had someone tell me this from my school days)
-Vince Russo was actually still working for the WWF when he went to WCW and killed it intentionally
those along with the same Warrior is Dead stories and such

-Vince Russo was actually still working for the WWF when he went to WCW and killed it intentionally I've heard that one before and it actually sounds quite possible. I mean, it DOES make a whole helluva lot of sense. Especially considering WWE tried to give him a job again shortly after WCW folded.

I heard that the '97 screwjob was planned and Bret Hart was sent to destroy WCW... this happened after WCW was bought out in '01

The SummerSlam where Kurt Angle vs Eddie Guererro took place was originally scheduled to be Kurt Angle vs Bret Hart.

I went to the Raw before Judgement Day this year and some guy was like, "Goldberg was sweet! They should bring him back to stomp everyone!"
I was like, "He was okay in WCW, but they didn't do anything for him in WWE."
The guy responds with, "Goldberg was in WCW?"
WOW.

Umaga is related to TNA's Juinor Fatu. Uh, I hate to break it to you man, but... those two ARE related. Like I told Spyke on here. I know that. I gave the guy justice, he was right there. But the second part was really really wrong.

Except that you would replace Ole with Arn.

Except that you would replace Ole with Arn. Argh. Curse my ability to only see "Arn" when seeing Anderson in a wrestling context. T.T

Reminds me of some comments on Youtube that were trying to say that the unmasked Rey Mysterio Jr. in the video wasn't the same guy in WWE now because he had the Jr. at the end of his name.

"It was real until Hulk Hogan came in and nobody could beat him and then they kicked him out and made it fake so other guys could win". Ha, everybody knows that was Steve Blackman and not Hogan.

especially the recent ones saying flair and undertaker were going to appear a tna slamiversarry and cost Joe the title, it's extra funny when the people who make these comments say they have been watching it for 20 years.

Last summer, I was in Wisconsin for seven weeks to work on a show for an outdoor theatre. While I was there, I tried to take in the "local culture", so I went with a new friend I had met to a demolition derby that her boyfriend was driving in. And it only got more redneck from there. We're at the derby, in a pretty big crowd, seated like 7 rows back. There's TONS of iconic rednecks around us, but one guy in particular had me smiling for weeks afterward. I was just astonished at how UBER redneck he was. He had a mullet that clearly had not been washed in a day or so as it looked quite greasy. He was barefoot, and this is an area where people throw used beer caps wherever the hell they want. In fact, the only thing he was wearing was a pair of grey shorts that clearly used to be full-length sweats. And they had no pockets, despite the fact that he had driven there and had money with him. Where was his wallet? Tucked into the waistband of his tighty-whiteies that were sticking a few inches out above his shorts. So, I shouldn't have been surprised at the conversation that he and his friend had. Uber Redneck: "Man, ya been watchin' wrasslin'?" Friend: "Naw, I missed it this week? What happened?!" Now, the friend was looking concerned that he had missed something big, because Uber Redneck's demeanor was quite solemn and urgent. Uber Redneck: "Vince McMahon died in an explosion." Friend: "WHAT?!" Uber Redneck: "Cops are checking it out man. I mean, I thought he was a dick, but I wouldn't have killed the guy." Yep. The guy thinks EVERYTHING in wrestling is real, even Vince McMahon's untimely death via limo explosion. I would have loved to watch the guy's reaction when Vince showed back up a couple of weeks later. This sounds very condescending. Wisconsin is not full of rednecks, and it isn't the "local culture." Wisconsin probably has more "ghetto" areas than "redneck" areas. And before you claim you didn't say Wisconsin is full of rednecks, you said things only got "more" redneck. Just like not everyone in New York is a loudmouthed jerk, not everyone that lives in California is a surfer, not everyone in a trailer is a redneck, ect I won't bother to read any replies, but it is not kind to generalize an entire group of people while looking down on them like some kind of elitist.

Arn Anderson, Ole Anderson, and Ric Flair were all related. Now, to be fair, for years The Andersons and Flair were presented as "cousins," so there's probably a lot of people who think they really were related. Plus, the way they hung out back then, it was actually believable that they were in some way related.
