The episode that featured the debut of the Radicals and then the following episode where they turned heel and attacked Mick Foley.

or the one where Mankind won his first WWE Title. I take back what I said, this is my pick. The Foley storyline goes through out the entire show in parts, as does the involvement of Shawn Michaels and DX. It may well be the perfect episode. Ah I was thinking of voting that but couldn't remember the rest of the show. I saw that on some WWE special earlier in the week and the reaction gave me chills, I doubt we'll see another like that for a long time.

The night the Alliance was formed, for sure - especially after "Dear Uncle Paul's " promo about giving JR "Some damn answers".
One that I keep close to my heart was Detroit Draft day, shortly after WMXX. I was at the show and loved the format of it, even if it was a little light on wrestling. The Locker-room clearing brawl at the end was awesome.
I'll throw in the show that HBK returned (2002) and the when Bischoff arrived (2002 also).
I'd elect the first Raw Roulette show if I can wipe out the last minute of it, when HHH came out and called Kane a murderer.

The one where Austin crippled Bret Hart... that was just a badass episode. The opening Austin Promo, him hunting him down in the locker room, the street fight, the return of HBK to help, the beatdown in the ambulance, Austin's promo at the end, and the return of Brian Pillman to attack Austin to close the show. Watching that live had to be the greatest 2 hours of my life, and I had it on videotape and watched over and over for years afterwards. On second thought this one is pretty damn good. Might have to change my vote. Yeah...this is pretty much the wildest/best one ever. I seriously think the Harts vs. WWE Roster feud from 1997 was one of the best ever. Makes it all the more disappointing that it was derailed by a number of factors (Pillman's death, Austin's broken neck, the Screwjob). I would've loved Austin/Hart at WM 14 for the title.

Very easily for me its a May episode from 1999 after the corp ministry is formed on the smackdown special.
The union is created which pissed shane off and he puts the union in all kinds of jacked up matches.
Test vs. Viscera, Midian, & Bossman
Mankind vs. Acolytes (hardcore)
Ken shamrock vs. HHH (chyna is the referee)
Bis Show vs. Undertaker (Taker clobbers and breaks a baseball bat over Show's head which goes flying into the crowd and you hear paul bearer saying HAHA)
Xpac vs. Mr. Ass was a good lil match on this ep.
Shane takes on Vince for the 1st time this episode too Rock vs. SCSA (lumberjack match the corp min are the L-Jacks) All around awesome episode
The only ep that comes close as the best from top to bottom is the 1st RAW Roulette.

A few RAWs come to mind as personal favorites:
The Raw on the night after Vince fired Austin and Austin came back to kill Vince. They were firing on all cylinders that night and everything worked so well.
The first night of the Invasion storyline. The Invasion storyline was garbage but that first night with Mike Awesome winning the Hardcore title in MSG and seeing Vince scream that WCW raped him was just crazy. And I loved it when Booker T appeared in WWE NY and called out Austin and Austin taking Angle (who was his sidekick at the time) to WWE NY while Booker T made his way to MSG was great. And I loved it when Booker T attacked Vince (since it was the only time that a WCW guy got over in any way whatsoever on Vince or WWE during the entire Invasion storyline). Being a WCW fan it got me pumped up to see Vince get it from a WCW guy.
I also have to mention the night Flair returned as co-owner. With the Invasion storyline over and it sucking as badly as it did, I needed to see something positive on RAW. Having Vince come out over and over again to rub the deaths of WCW and ECW as if it was the greatest thing to happen in the history of the world made me sick to my stomach and seeing Flair come out and tell Vince the big news was awesome. Flair was great as he always was and Vince's facials were priceless that night. They should have made a t-shirt with Vince's face after seeing Flair as co-owner. It would have sold like hotcakes.
I also loved the night that Goldberg debuted on RAW. Being a big fan of his I loved it when he came out and speared the Rock (who I am also a huge fan of) and I went nuts at the end of the show. Sadly, WWE misused Goldberg and the Rock is now off doing movies but still that night worked for me.
Honorable mentions go to the Raw with 'Rock, this is your life' and the night that Eric Bischoff came out as the GM of Raw for the first time. I thought to myself "Hell had finally frozen over seeing Bischoff hugging Vince."

July 1st, 2002.
It doesn't matter what was on the undercard, because the match that sticks out is my favorite match of all time, The Undertaker vs. Jeff Hardy in a ladder match for the WWE Undisputed Championship. I actually though Hardy would win it. JR's call as Hardy climbs the ladder shouting "Go for it kid! This is everything you've dreamed about!" as Hardy gets a few fingertips on the gold, will go down as one of my favorite moments in wrestling.

My personal favourtie was the Raw just before SummerSlam 98, when we finally found out that Kane and the Undertaker were in cahoots all along. If you remember, the tagline for SS that year was Highway To Hell, and at the end, the ramp caught fire mimicking road markings and AC/DC's 'Highway To Hell played, with Austin and Taker staring each other down. It was a perfect ending and a perfect build up to SummerSlam.

I'd like to add in that the Raw the night after WM 14 was very good. The reintroduction of X-Pac and the formation of the new DX

Ok, it might be because I was such a massive Jericho mark from his work in WCW, starting with his "never eeeeever happen again" promos, that I looked forward to him working in a company where he could break the cement ceiling. My fave memories of him? When he gave the promo "hey, you don't want to be booing for me. Don't boo me. Don't you boo me. Alright, let me give you a reason to boo, come on" But, the Raw where he debuted in the WWF. The crowd was just electrified when the name "Jericho" popped up on the screen. Of course, since then, he was largely misused, which included terrible booking for an undisputed champion.

December 27, 2004 aka Beat The Clock I
They announce the participants for the Elimination Chamber match at New Years Revolution but each participant has to win a qualifying match. Whoever wins in the fastest time gets the last entry in the match, BUT if someone loses their match, they also lose their spot in the Chamber to whoever their opponent was. The whole show, the time to beat is slowly shortened until Batista, who was in the middle of his awesome face turn, shatters the record, pissing off Triple H. Then Batista helps Triple H not be able to get the fastest time. Just an awesome episode that had great character development for Batista.

I don't remember the exact date but, sometime in June or July of 99. Raw is War live from Rupp Arena. I was there and had a seat that was perfect for getting my signs on tv during the matches. In fact, I didn't even have to hold them up and block people's view.
It was a taped show so, we also got a Sunday Night Heat that had 3 run-ins by Undertaker. Austin drove the bloodmobile into the arena at the start of Raw. I got to see Kurt Angle in a dark match. And Vince did a blade job (I think his first ever). Pretty good Raw.

Watching that live had to be the greatest 2 hours of my life, and I had it on videotape and watched over and over for years afterwards. This is by far my favourite episode as well. Include Gorilla Monsoon throwing Austin out of the building because he was so out of control. "I'm cutting you a damn break" The ambulance beatdown was simply awesome. They used it again with Undertaker and someone (possibly Kurt Angle?) a few years later. The chairshot from Austin to Hart in the corner of the ring was something else!

the last raw before the inVasion PPV, where vince keeps asking for "the old stone cold" to come back, and throughout the show the alliance keep getting one over on the WWF all while we see austin sat in a bar, thinking, until at the end the alliance are all beating the crap outta the WWF, when austin returns and helps his lockerroom win the mass brawl.
