Like I said at the time, Pwinsider never actually reported that Chavo was there, despite those knuckleheads at Gerweck claiming so. So of course that false rumor spread all over the net, credited to a site that said nothing along those lines and it lead to people wondering if Chavo lost so quickly because he was being "punished" for attending the tapings.
In regard to rumors of Chavo Guerrero being backstage at TNA over Wrestlemania weekend, I've been told by several TNA sources that Guerrero wasn't at any of the company's TV tapings.
