To honor the new board I present the man, the myth, the biting frenzy that is ... Sharkboy!! Discuss away, I know you all have lots to say about this man and his Dead Sea Drop!

yeah, i got something to say (well, really two questions to ask)
1. Is there a specific reason he got "hurt", or did they just decide he should start doing an injured gimmick for no reason? 2. What dumb ass doctor decided to wrap the bandages on the outside of his tights?

How long will it be before he comes to the ring in a wheelchair wrapped head to toe like a Mummy?

I have no problem honoring a guy from my hometown.
Yes, I am, in fact, from 20,000 leagues under the sea.

What dumb ass doctor decided to wrap the bandages on the outside of his tights? Well, Sharky was one of the guys who Team 3D beat up a lot. He had just the neck thing first, and he wore that around a lot. He then had some more wraps after Team 3D attacked him again during lunch. He even had the wraps during the Thanksgiving thing. After that, he ended up with more during the 4 Way Hardcore thing at Christmas, and then got a lot more this week, with the crutch and the more bandages when he challenged Tomko to a match.

A wise man once said "I'm not a shark! I'm not a fish, I'm a man!"
This wise man wasn't Shark Boy though. Cause Shark Boy IS a fish.
HAIL SHARK BOY!

LOL... I guess it's possible, but I don't believe it. I think they are having Shark Boy getting beat up so much as more of a nod to Wile E Coyote or something. I think Gerweck's trying to stir a pot... a pot with shark infested contents!

Well, I haven't noticed that WWE guys have been getting injured recently. A while ago, definitely, but not recently. However, ROH has that problem, mostly with the Briscoes and........uh-oh.....

However, ROH has that problem, mostly with the Briscoes and........uh-oh..... the last time either of the Briscoes got seriously hurt in a match was when Mark botched the shooting star press in March. Mark's injury in October was from a motorcycle accident which, to my knowledge, didn't take place during a match. and Jay's injury last night was a work a better example would have been Nigel McGuinness

Here's what I have to say...
I miss the "Come to Universal Studios!" promos they would show during the FSN days. There has been nothing, NOTHING, better on TNA than Shark Boy riding a splash mountain-esque log ride by himself. I was hoping for Shark Boy and his partner in crime at the time, D-Ray 3000, to go around the park with Abyss. One can dream

It's not a log flume! It's a raft! Are you people blind??? Theme park rides are serious business

Delirious > Shark Boy. But I do enjoy the bandage on the fin and his amazing Steve Austin impression.

Does Sharkboy have an official backstory, or are we to just accept the fact that he's Shark Boy and move on? Either way, I've no problems with him.

His ever escalating set of injuries is one of the greatest gimmicks TNA has ever done.
