Did anyone else get this impression, or did I imagine it due to Jubbles' past record?

I thought he worked a little stiff (especially with the kicks), but nothing out of the ordinary. I'm sure Robbie expected it, coming back to face one of management's favourites.
I think the fact that he actually was on Raw is a surprise. I thought they would have released him

He probably was intentionally stiff. I didn't even think about it till just now, actually. At least it wasn't Holly...

He looked like he was working stiff, but to me it didn't seem anything that different from how he usually works. I was expecting Robbie to get beat up worse, to be honest. When I saw JBL walking towards the announce desks, I thought he was going to grab a chair or TV monitor.

When the match first began, I assumed that was Robbie's punishment. JBL works stiff in general, and I didn't think he was an more stiff than he ordinarily is.

At least he didn't get canned, if he had to go to Japan they'd work even stiffer.

How many times in his life can he do that AS A WRESTLER? I'm sure his son can see him anytime, but to attend a show with your dad, as normal people? I'm sure that's all he wanted to do with his kid.

Considering JBL's rep in the showers I was expecting something different from the title

I still think it's bullcrap. He went to take his son to a wrestling show. How many times in his life can he do that AS A WRESTLER? I'm sure his son can see him anytime, but to attend a show with your dad, as normal people? I'm sure that's all he wanted to do with his kid. That's the first I've heard about this. Every other item on the internet said he went to see his buddy's match (Johnny Devine). If your story is true I think it's still stupid of him to go to TV tapings of the competition, especially knowing how they try to live off WWE with borrowing angles, gimmicks and mentioning WWE at every turn. If the kid wants to see a wrestling show with his dad, how about a wrestling show that isn't televised nationally? If I had heard before that an active WWE wrestler was going to be sitting in the crowd at iMPACT I honestly would have expected TNA to try and get a rub from the WWE superstar in some manner.

Like I said, how many days in the year does he get to take his kid to a wrestling show as a fan?

I am sick of hearing about wrestlers being stiff. if they are truly badass why dont they just goto any MMA organisation, I am sure the MMA promotion could use the name to fill seats. It is a win win situation (well, if the wrestler is truly as badass as they think they are).

HE isnt to blame, it's TNA, they had no right showing his face on TV and revealing his real name, they completly put is carreer in jepordy, I hope I am not the only one here still pretty pissed at TNA for doing that.

TNA had every right, it specifically says so on the ticket you get when you go in the venue. He agreed to be filmed as part of the entrance requirements. Sure it was tacky and I wouldn't have done it, but if TNA wants to hurt WWE in any way possible to further their own business, then I can understand why they did it.

What was so wrong about attending your competitions show? Are McDonalds employees not allowed to eat Burger King?

There is no doubt that JBL was intentionally stiff with Robbie.I also believe that he was given orders to do so straight from the very top level of WWE management.Otherwise,Vincent Kennedy McMahon.

At any rate, hopefully this won't turn into another Robbie v. TNA thread. Looked like a standard squash match with the added storyline they were trying to get across how angry JBL was to me.
