I could be reading into this too much, but there was a ad last friday night during Smackdown for a upcoming show for Poughkeepsie where there's suppose to be a #1 contenders match, and Edge was suppose to be one of the people in the match. So maybe he's going to loss this sunday.

Dude, I don't even watch WWE, and I can 99% promise you that Edge will lose on Sunday.

But who will he lose too?
Batista would be the obvious choice, even though about 3 weeks ago he was so far out of the Title picture it was unreal, yet here we are with him possibly going to be heading to WWEs number 1 show as its world champion!
I think it would be better after a match where Batista almost kills Edge only for La Famila to get involved and get Edge the win then for CM Punk to come out of nowhere hit the GTS and win the title after cashing in the MITB!
It would be a massive shock if he turned up for his first official night on RAW as the shows World Champion

I wouldn't be so sure that Edge will lose. I do really want that to happen though. I just think it would kind of make Undertaker look bad. (This is if Batista would win clean.) The CM Punk idea is pretty cool though.

Yeah its pretty easy to see.
ONE of TWO people on Smackdown will lose their world title.
One of those people is HHH.
AUTOMATICALLY means the other guy is losing.

I actually don't see any chance Edge loses. Again, they JUST gave him the belt back. They gave the belt to Taker then took it a month later. Doing that right away again with Edge would be insane.
Cena is going to beat HHH. Maybe even with help from Edge trying to cost HHH the gold so that he is Smackdown's only true Champion.

Eh, maybe I'm too quick to assume.
But having just read those draft results, I think it's safe to say that either Trips or Edge is losing on Sunday.
If WWE really wanted to do something interesting, they'd both win, and set up a storyline for having both belts on one show.

It would be a massive shock if he turned up for his first official night on RAW as the shows World Champion I actually have an idea similar to that. For the World Heavyweight Championship match, Edge retains due to obvious outside interference/self-DQ/self-countout/other form of cheating. In the WWE Championship match (the main event), Cena and HHH go for about a half-hour, putting on a pretty decent match. When they're both exhausted, CM Punk announces he's cashing in, hits the ring, GTS's Cena, and either pins HHH, or brings back the Anaconda Vice. CM Punk as a World Champion, titles stay where they belong. Triple H goes on to feud with Edge for WHC, heel CM Punk defends against Cena and Batista at SummerSlam. Everyone wins!

Edge and HHH fighting to unite their belts to decide who is the one true World Champion on Smackdown. Meanwhile Jericho is the last champion standing on Raw (after Show beats Kane) and goes on his own egotistical run calling himself Raw's only Champion. Eventually the two belts on SD get unified and Raw gets their World Title back, but for a couple of months it could be very entertaining.

With the swerves they've been pulling lately, I can't say I'd be totally shocked to see both Trips and Edge retain. But it has to be a "Raw goes hunting for their belt" angle because both champs on one show is very counter productive.

There is no chance (No Chance!) in Hell that Batista is winning this Sunday. It would make no sense since Edge only just won the belt following a lengthy main event feud, is currently involved with the whole La Familla storyline, and is probably going to drop the belt to The Undertaker when he returns.

Agreed, why would both of the Smack Down champions be wrestling Raw wrestlers at the PPV if they didn't want one of the belts on Raw. The winner of the which ever championship match goes on last will be painfully obvious (probably HHH v. Cena).
