- The Boogeyman was backstage at this past Tuesday's SmackDown/ECW taping in his hometown of Houston, Texas. Boogeyman has been off television since early November and out of the ring since September. Just as he was starting to become more active in the ring, he went down with a calf injury. The injury has probably long since healed, but officials still have yet to bring him back. - Gregory Helms made an appearance at this past Tuesday's Florida Championship Wrestling show. He spoke out to the fans. - Reportedly, there was an argument between Jim Ross and Vince McMahon after RAW as Ross turned down an invitation to fly on the WWE corporate jet from San Antonio to Houston for SmackDown. As noted earlier in his blog, Ross contemplated quitting WWE with his wife until 6:00 a.m Tuesday morning. Anyway, McMahon told Ross that he (Vince) risked his life on RAW and ruined his son-in-law's life for the sake of the company. Word got out on what Vince said regarding Triple H and it gave some people a chuckle considering that his move to SmackDown is greatly beneficial to his personal life. - RAW head writer Brian Gewirtz had an idea for Ted DiBiase, Jr. to play off his dad's legendary "Million Dollar Man" gimmick and "buy" a draft pick somehow, but the plan was shot down. By Nearly Ruined His Son-in-Law's life, he means his constant shouting of "Paul" right?
Hopefully with Helms likeluy on the Rebound, that he ends up as Dibiase's partner.

Of all the people who were moved, I'd expect JR to be the most underdtanding. All of he experience and years in the wrestling business should have taught him that changes happen, and need to be accepted.

All of he experience and years in the wrestling business should have taught him that changes happen, and need to be accepted. There are two schools of thought on this: A) We're being worked by McMahon and Ross, which I don't really buy, because only the internet fans care, and they'd never make any money or get a payoff from it. B)People in the wrestling business are notoriously immature about their "spot". Ross was an institution on Raw, and didn't like getting moved to SD. Immature? Yeah, but understandable.

Stupid, since he's got the title shot. But buying the draft pick for another wrestler not on Raw to come to Raw and team with him? Damn them for not doing this.

Would have made sense for him to buy Smith's draft pick.

Matter of fact, didn't they do the same thing way back when with his dad, just trying to buy himself a better spot in the Royal Rumble instead?

Ross is a mark for himself. No wonder the guy gets shat upon in shoot interviews. I thought most of the interviews were of guys who were just bitter former employees. I'm starting to think JR really is a douchbag.

I wouldnt even pay attention to that son in law comment or risk of life one unless you hear it from the man's mouth personally. This whole JR/Vince thing has probably got the rumor rats salivating at the fact that there could be some kind of trouble backstage. It seems like a shocking thing to all of us since he was on Raw forever and we were all used to it, but for all we know as common message board posters it could've been JR's idea to go to Smackdown regardless of some stuff people type on a newz site. People can think up or create anything and putting it on the next in the fashion of a normal news story can make marks out of a ton of people. If it's real, then that sucks, but I bet both men are big enough and have enough experience in the business to get past something like this. Sometimes little arguments don't even mean anyhting. I mean look at that bike building show that used to be on discover channel. Those guys argued all the time, but at the end of the day it was all good.
Solution: bring back evil JR to vent his frustrations about the company. as long as it doesnt turn into a russo/hogan situation.
