Ric Flair's run in the finance business didn't last long. The Long Island Press reports that the company went out of business and a pwerson with the company said they had been trying to "wrap things up for a while." The company opened last September. To read the full story, visit LongIslandPress.com.
Powell’s POV: That's a shame. Flair seemed excited about this business venture during interviews he granted around WrestleMania 24. The good news is that WWE is keeping Flair busy with his ambassador role and they are making him available for lucrative autograph appearances.

Ric Flair Finance: Where all your financial needs actually go towards long limousines, jet airplanes, custom clothes and any woman in the world Flair wants... JUST LIKE THAT!

Is this back to wrestling for him? If thats the case, I can no longer tell my future children I witnessed Ric Flair's last match.

I wonder if he made this face after hearing about this: No, he probably didn't, but there was probably a bunch of middle-aged, balding, white-guy accountants in gray suits standing in a row doing that pose.

Flair would still be in business if he hadn't given Paul Heyman that loan.

Not surprised.
Not because of anything involving Flair, but the majority of businesses are lucky to make it one year.

Well at least Ric Flair Finance will join Hulk Hogan's Pastamania, the WBF, and the XFL along the "Misfit Pro Wrestling side venture" Hall of Shame.

I found it ironic he was trying to run a finance company to suggest to people how to use there money and whatnot, especially after he owed money to the government (IRS) and had to borrow money from Vince McMahon (prob why he stayed so long with the company doing crappy storylines) to cover his debts.

Not surprised. Not because of anything involving Flair, but the majority of businesses are lucky to make it one year. This is incredibly true. 60% of busienssess fail in the first year , then 40% of the remaining 40% fail in their second year.

That's what I thought the minute I heard about his finance company. Flair is worse with money than Heyman.

Come on, we all knew this was going to fail. I think Ric should have offered the first 100 customers a free blade job.
"Why are you bleeding all over my 401k, Mr. Flair?!"
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!"
