Awesome. It's hard to watch now, but as a kid... this show ruled.

It's hard to watch now, but as a kid... this show ruled. I'll disagee. It's one of those few 80's cartoons that has aged quite nicely, unlike something like a Transformers or Masters of the Universe. If they weren't so expensive and were actually nice looking (and not shoddy VHS-style video) would finally get around to buying the last 2 dvd box sets.

I have the first two box sets, and have been meaning to get the other two.
Anyone know how much they cost now? Last time I checked they were expensive. In fact, the first two were gifts...only reason I have them.
P.S. Did anyone else want to kill Snarf??

I got all 4 for slightly over 90 bucks. so two of them should cost under $50. as a kid I liked Snarf. but now he's annoying yeah.

I liked Thundercats even though I more of a MOTU fan. It was a good cartoon.
I always felt they should have used Rattar-O more. Wasn't he the leader of the mutants anyway?

I liked the Visionaries myself. You should've seen how big my eyes got when I watched that. Talk about something entirely forgotten. Those toys were so sick. Chest holograms is what it's really all about.

Damn straight....and remember this was waaay back before hologram stuff started showing up on lunchboxes, baseball cards, ect. Holograms were still BADASS...and these toys came with TWO of them...one on the staff and one on the chest!
They were also REALLY expensive for some reason....the only one I ever had was Witterquick......but dammit, he was enough!
I STILL love you, Witterquick, whereever you are......

I know it's not quite the same but hopefully it'll help fill the void. Also, yes the were a bit outside of dad's preferred price range as well. I had only one dark lord myself and don't recall which. I barely remember the show as it is.
