I should've seen it coming, seeing as how my boxers have been getting loose and I've been buckling my belt a little tighter... but I stopped in at K-Mart and weighed myself on the machine out front... I weight in at 101 pounds. Last time I bothered weighing myself I was 115. Usually, I don't let my weight bother me and I have lost a pound or two (since I've finished high school in '01 I've fluctuated from around 112... down to 110 in the summer, up to 115 in the winter and even occassionally in the summer) but pretty much I've just gained a bit of weight throughout my life and now... I've lost 14 pounds. I still feel in good shape and healthy and stuff, I just have no idea where the weight went. I don't have much fat to begin with I haven't noticed any loss of muscle mass (what little muscles a 5'9 guy who's never even tipped the scale at 120 lbs could have) It's just... weird, being 24 and having somehow lost this much weight. Unless K-Mart has screwy scales.

Er. That's not healthy. Like, at all. I would suggest putting on some weight and not getting back down to 100 pounds. You've also got to think about how much the clothes weigh, too. You may even weigh less than we think!
Yeah, the scales might be screwy, but dude. Eat lots of protein, go to the gym and do nothing but lift weights. If you're going to be skinny, you might as well put on some muscle mass.

Just naturally lifting weights doesn't seem to do much at ll and I don't wanna get into taking pills or supplements and stuff as my frame just wasn't built for me to weigh that much. Food does nothing as well. My body burns up whatever I eat, especially carbs and protein. My diet pretty much consists of meat (mostly steak and then pork), pasta and potatoes. I really don't want to get on medication for it either, as my doctors constantly told me it wasn't a good idea. I keep up a fairly healthy cardio, walking at least 5 miles a week. I drink plenty of liquids as well, which I guess can lead to losing weight, but I basically always have as I get sick if I don't. Plus, my cousin got on medication for hers as she has it worst. She hit 6' and was under 100, then again her dad (who's my blood relative uncle, is 6'3" and wore the same jean size I do... 29" until he was into his late 30's) Anyway, she ended up having getting light headed, sick and was blacking out from whatever she was on to slow her metabolism. I'm not overly worried or anything... it's just really weird losing some significant weight when I never have before in my life.

Do you eat/drink a lot of sugar? That might have something to do with it.
Something I recommend trying, if you're up to bulking up, is to drink some Muscle Milk before your workouts. It can be a little pricey, but it gives your body plenty of vitamins and minerals, protein, and fat. Drink one shake pre-workout(if you work out in the morning), then one post-workout. It'll give you a quick seven-hundred calories, which are what you're looking for if you're trying to build muscle. Lots of protein and calories. And if you can't afford the Muscle Milk, a cheaper(but not as effective) solution would be a milk and raw egg shake. You can throw in a little chocolate milk mix to give it some better flavor. It tastes like normal milk, but has a thicker texture. Give it a shot. And with any workout, you have to keep at it to see real results.

I drink sweet drinks, but that's pretty much it. Well, and a bowl of cereal every other night or so if that. As I got older, I just sorta turned into a salty foods guy. Candy bars and such are just too sweet for me.

I am going to agree with Cheeseisgood(seems to be the second time recently). I would try to hit the gym and do some lifting.
