Rey Mysterio (one match against Santino and nothing since, rumours about contract dispute)
CM Punk (New World Champion, although having some trouble getting booked for a clean win lately)
Michael Cole (Am saying nothing)
Batista (Straight back in the title hunt, as usual)
Kane (Gone psycho again, may be putting the mask back on)
Jamie Noble (Bringing the Redneck Napoleon act to Raw, only this time he's trading up from the McCoolbot to Layla Layla)
Deuce (MIA)
Chuck Palumbo (Ditto)
Matt Striker (Other than sharing his fixation with Missy Hyatt on wwe.com, nothing much to speak of)
Layla (Only one match so far, but being sought by Jamie Noble gives her consistent screen time)
Kofi Kingston (New IC Champion, in combined program with Mickie against the Burchills)
Kelly Kelly (Not strictly a draftee, but included for completeness. Regular on TV. This week was even booked to seem like a threat to Beth Phoenix)

Smackdown
Jeff Hardy (Kinda swirling around the midcard, to be expected after the suspension)
Jim Ross (JR may not want to admit it, but a changing of the guard moment at the announce desk)
Umaga (Arrive. Demolish. Leave)
Mr Kennedy (Seemingly going nowhere fast)
Triple H (Relatively subdued for him. Even in the title match with Edge he seemed secondary to the love triangle story)
Trevor Murdoch (released for no apparent reason)
Big Daddy V (Been gone with weight loss or pneumonia)
DH Smith (Getting repackaged as a tag-team with TJ Wilson.)
Maria (In spite of promos every week, yet to appear on TV)
Shelton Benjamin (Won the US title)
Carlito (Relegated to dark matches since being drafted)
Brian Kendrick: (Got himself a new bodyguard who is infinitely more useful than Bam Neely and a new gimmick that reminds me of early HBK)

ECW:
Matt Hardy (Lost the US title at the PPV, now the no.1 contender for the ECW title)
Mark Henry (Won the ECW title, got Tony Atlas as a manager, Somehow, ECW ratings have gone up since)
Hornswoggle (Long as there's kids around, he's got nothing to worry about)
Super Crazy (another of the "disappeared")
Finlay (The mentor figure for ECW. According to the description of this week's After The Bell, going into a program with Mike Knox)

Seems like the guys that jumped to SD, minus Benjamin and HHH, and MAYBE Umaga, kinda got shafted. Almost everyone that jumped to ECW, minus Super Crazy on the other hand, seemed to really draw a great hand.

I noticed that about Triple H too, how he's seemed secondary to the Edge-Vicki business. And I'm wondering if they did that on purpose, so he can take a few weeks off here very soon since Steph's about ready to pop, and it won't be quite so conspicuous.

Kennedy: seems to be right where he was on Raw, NOWHERE! i thought for sure back on SD he would be back in top form like he was before he left for Raw.

I have to admit Micheal Cole is much better on Raw and I actually can stand his commentating a lot more for some reason.

Kane and Punk have benefited the most from the move,obviously.

HHH seems like he doesnt even care and doesnt seem to put his best into it like he did on Raw

I think you're thinking of the D'Lo/Santino match. Now THERE was a squash. When Kelly did that same roll out of the chickenwing that Mickie used, I thought for a second she was gonna go over
