Do you think that could work? Using blading as a plotpoint in a wrestling storyline?
Like the Y2J/HBK feud for example (just an example) He faked a knee injury with Batista, why not an eye injury with Jericho. Jericho brings up the bleeding eye from the Bash and Michaels tells him he didn't open him up, Shawn did it himself, to furtehr convince him he was legit hurt
Could this be used in wrestling or is it just a stupid idea, exposing the business too much maybe?

Don't see why that wouldn't work

I think it is much better to stick to wrestlers accusing other wrestlers of faking injuries than accusing them of drawing the blood themselves. Even though kayfabe is dead and blading is a fairly known practice to fans, I wouldn't want to give away too much of the business like that. I think just accusing a wrestler of faking an injury gets the same point across without exposing a wrestling trick. Even if the trick is fairly well known to fans, you shouldn't draw attention to the practice through your own storylines.

I vote "stupid idea exposing the business too much maybe". No offence. Hey, I like it when it's pointed out I'm being stupid. Stops me from doing the same s*** twice.

We may as well start a feud because 'he no-sold my finisher.'

It could work, since this isn't necessarily a break of kayfabe.
It's a storyline about a guy faking an injury. The fact that it intersects with how wrestlers actually bleed for the fans doesn't really matter. Not like HBK has to point out that this is how wrestlers bleed during matches, he'll just point out that on this one occasion...he did it to trick Jericho.
Wrestlers sell fake injuries during matches all the time to convince the fans that they are hurt. However, when HBK faked a hurt leg during the Batista match, did it expose the business? No, even though the method used in both cases was the same.
If the storyline had a reason why HBK would want to trick Jericho into thinking that he hurt him more than he did, maybe fodder for a heel turn or something, I wouldn't see anything wrong with it.

I guess it would work, but I wouldn't want to see it happen

This reminds me of another question Ive always had. When a wrestler is secretly alligned with another group. Lets use examples here...
Luger is really in the nWo but pretends not to be. For 2 weeks he is jumped and beat up by them and then he turns and reveals he was with them all along. Where they fake beating him up? Or was he really getting his ass kicked by his "friends"?

Presumably they were faking it the whole time if that's all there is to it.

It's an interesting idea in theory... well the actual blading on purpose part, not the scenario you gave as it's flawed like yellowdog mentioned.
However, I guess the idea of a wrestler blading themself on purpose could work in the right context... perhaps someone trying to show how crazy they are or else maybe a borderline-cowardly heel was booked against someone like Taker in a non-title First Blood match.
However, even if it was executed well by like Heyman or Hayes or whoever, I think it would do more harm than good. I mean, it might cater to some of the audience (like some smarks and probably some casual fans at well), but would it draw in any real potential viewers?
Then you have a good chunk of the crowd second guessing whether the guy does it again, which was one of the main problems Russo ran into from his booking, imo.
Again, this could theoretically lead to a "boy who cried wolf" type storyline which could possibly be executed well, but really... there are other ways around building up a feud and a payoff which don't involve unnecessary and possibly detrimental risks.
