Let Sam Raimi make the movie he wants. It worked out pretty damn well for the first 2. This

Doc Ock in the movie... bad?
It was just a dude with four metal arms, which is really all he is in the comics. Or were you saying the overall costume is bad, comics and movie?
Also, Harry would be New Goblin or New Green Goblin because Harry wasn't the Hobgoblin in the comics. He was Green Goblin II.

I'm saying that while the costume was badass, it didn't fit the character at all. And I don't care, New Goblin just sounds stupid.

At least it was only his name techinically, as he's never actually called "New Goblin" in the movie itself.

Looking forward to it. We've gotten 2 great movies, 1 that the internet people hate but average people are split on (I personally loved it) so I say give me some more. Hell if every 2 out of 3 Spidey movies we get are great, that will be an awesome ratio. Agreed whole-heartedly. I've enjoyed each Spiderman movie greatly, so they can keep churning them out all they want and I'll be happy. I just hope they eventually have Scorpion in it, as I think he could make an excellent movie villain if done right.

Jake Busey is Carnage. He already has the built in crazy from his dad.

Much as I do not want Carnage to ever be in a film, Jake is perfect for Cleetus.

I would love if the villians were The Lizard and Kraven. That would make for an awesome movie.

i think the emotional "baggage" actually ENHANCES the movie, as it give a more human appropriation to the character .....
look at FANTASTIC FOUR (which i saw both of today, very entertaining and quite funny too)

Mysterio only works if he has a goldfish bowl on his head.
So if he is included he has to have that at the least.
I actually think he's one of the few characters who could get a way with his entire costume from the comics being identical. Seeing as he has a over elaborate attitude, is a Hollywood kind of guy and needs to be incredibly theatrical in his appearence.
I was oging to suggest the Enforcers and Mr. Big but then I realised they have already appeared on screen ....

Joker, seriously man... yeah me and you love Mysterio, and we get how his costume fits his personality...
But put yourself in John Public's place. Do you really think the average person, especially the average teenager, won't get one look at that suit and think "Oh lord... this movie is gonna be corny and suck!"?

Well, then they could just work around it somehow. If the Hollywood costume is good enough, I'll let it slide.

Three things:
1: Recast Mary Jane. Laura Prepon should be available, and I have ALWAYS thought she would make a KNOCKOUT MJ.
2: Bring in the Black Cat. Scarlett Johannson should be available.
3: KRAVEN'S LAST HUNT.

If Mysterio ever makes it into a Spider-Man film, he needs to be played by Bruce Campbell.

I know he would just be playing the same role, and would probably be the least bit loyal to the comics, but who else can play such an evil character from jail that creeps you out each and every time like Carnage
