TNA had 2 chances with Samoa Joe vs. Booker T and they failed spectacularly both times. The two of them alone just can't carry a PPV Main Event. They just can't. Their first match sucked and the second one was worse. I hope something changes for the next PPV, because Booker/Joe III will not be worth it. They put on some seriously anti-climactic matches. Even throwing Sting, Nash, and maybe even Jarrett into the equation doesn't help. Their matches just don't get it done.

I'll might get flamed for this, but I've seen enough of Joe as champ. Christian Cage really needs to get another run with the title. All of Joe's main event matches have been lackluster to me.
You have: Lockdown match vs Angle - started with 15 minutes of MMA nonsense Slammiversary KOTM match - Joe miraculously jumps in the ring at the end, climbs the ladder and grabs the belt Victory Road vs Booker - probably the best out of them all so far, but it had a wacky ending with Sting getting involved and Sharmell doing the 3 count Tonight's Hard Justice vs Booker - they just didn't seem to have that "Chemistry"... when Joe went for the powerbomb into the crossface, Booker seemed like he didn't know how to sell it.
I still think that TNA's PPVs have been great... they just need to work on the main events.

I don't blame Joe. I blame the bookers in charge of writing this crap.

It is not Joes fault. It is the booking because all the matches he was in on PPV was clustered with a bunch of BS. Joe and Booker don't have the "Chemistry" and that happens with every wrestler. They all have at less one guy they just don't click with. HHH and Jericho are kinda the same way. They never really clicked either.
But your judging Joe on an Angle match which was still good for what it was. A Cluster filled King of the mountain Match. And Two badly Booked matches with Booker T. The whole ending on there first match was crap. This match full of weopons and crap.
TNA is going over board with the gimmick matches and it does a lot of times hurt the what the match could be.
You also forgot the three way with Steiner and Kaz. Which was decent for something that was last min in a change from Angle to Kaz.

I didn't see last night's PPV, but I remember not liking the first match they had back in July.

HHH and Jericho are kinda the same way. They never really clicked either. Last Man Standing at Fully Loaded 2000? Thought their HIAC match at Judgement Day 2002 was pretty good as well.

So, does Booker T still have Joe's belt?

So, does Booker T still have Joe's belt? Joe got it back after the match.

I blame Tooker B for the lackluster effective of Joe v. Booker. I've never cared for him in the ring. It is all Booker's fault. Him and his busty wife. Feel free to hate me now.

I was live at the event and enjoyed the match.
TNA needs a better agent working the finishes of the matches, especially main events. They don't have the Arn Anderson, Ricky Steamboat working for them who REALLY gets how to finish matches epicly. So often it just happens out of nowhere.
But like I said, I was there and it was a fun match.

Booker did the spinerooni during the match.
That =/= fail.
