If WCW had survived, what do you think today's roster would have looked like? Who would the champion be?

Honestly, I think if WCW had survived their roster would be looking pretty good. Of course they would have to basically perform a cardio bypass on everyone involved with the company, from the talent all the way to the guys who sign paychecks. From 01-05 there probably be more PN News and Arachnaman types but I think somebody would have been smart enough to scour the indies and bring in some ringers.
But then again I'm giving far too much credit to a company that willingly drove themselves out of business.

Right now it would be hard to say who would be where, but a few years back, this would have been pretty simple. Around 02-05, you would have had a lot of the same guys in the main-event. If you still have the WWF acquisition of ECW, a good amount of those guys would have ended-up there, too. A few guys who became very popular on the indie scene when WCW died, like AJ Styles and Samoa Joe, would have ended-up with WCW. Especially Styles, who was already with the company.
As for today, there are just too many factors as to who would be where to tell. Your top guys, such as Hogan and Nash would be either gone or on their way out, amd guys like Booker T, if he was still with WCW, would have made a solid place for himself in the main-event. Personally, I think a lot of X-Division guys, like Sabin and Shelly, would be with the company, too. Still, it would be interesting to see where guys like Chris Jericho and RVD, each taking a prolonged absences from wrestling, would have ended-up.

Sean O Haire would still be wrestling for WCW. Him and Palumbo were in line for huge pushes in WCW.

It would have been tough for the old guard to keep control any longer, and Eric always had it in him to show International flair and Cruiserweight flair.
So I would say AJ Styles would be 2 year straight Crusier champ.
Kurt Angle who would have jumped to WCW is the world champ, and fighting with Steiner, Booker, and jumping Cristian.
Allot more International wrestlers mixed in, but TNA has always had much of what WCW had. They just mimic the WWE when WCW was best at being it's own thing. They also have 1% of the production value.

It's hard to say since WCW was unable to hire any new talent back before it died.
But I'm guessing it'd be filled with old WWE and ECW guys.
